I've been with FreeeUp for a little over 3 years now. I found it easy to use. Their CEO and his staffs are very approachable. The best marketplace for freelancers to find their desired jobs and for clients to hire their workers remotely.

FreeeUp really cares about the marketplace from both perspectives. As a freelancer, I have awesome clients and THE BEST SUPPORT TEAM EVER. They are really there 24h/day to help you.
No matter if I send a message 1pm or 1am I always get help.

I wish I had discovered FreeeUp earlier. If I had, it would have saved my a lot of time that I wasted on other platforms reading through freelancer applications that were simply bad.
FreeeUp is considered to be a marketplace for freelancers and rightly so: you don't get blown away by 20 applications within ten minutes from freelancers who don't even read your job post but simply hit "apply for this job". Instead, you get selected, high skilled freelancers who'll understand you needs. Another big plus is that ALL freelancers speak English fluently which decreases project time and increased my joy in collaborating with the freelancers.

As a solopreneur, I'm always looking for good support, but don't want to have to be committed to a monthly contract. Freeeup allows you to get the help you need, as needed. They are also over the top in customer support and satisfaction. I always get a quick response to my emails and so far, have been completely satisfied with the freelancer I have hired would highly recommend them.

When I first wanted to hire a freelancer, I was overwhelmed with the advise on the Internet - ask this, do this, don't do this, avoid this, etc. I was researching a marketplace for freelancers when I found FreeeUp. It had simple tutorials to follow. Plus the VAs were already vetted so that eliminated much of the work I would need to do. I get regular reports from FreeeUp that are easy to follow and they handle all the payment to the VAs, leaving my time for other business matters.

We have been using Freeeup for a little under a year and I can honestly say they are the best Freelancer solution ever! When we tried hiring on other freelancer websites we were always disappointed and none of those freelancers ever last more than a couple months. With Freeeup we get quality freelancers that deliver consistent work and can meet deadlines.

About 6 months ago, I ditched Fiverr and Upwork. I hire all of my freelancers through FreeeUp now and I haven't looked back ever since. The hiring is fast, efficient and the customer service is outstanding! More importantly, however, they have amazing professional freelancers on their platform.

First off, I nearly died when I got a call from Nathan who owns the company to thank me for signing up. That is not something I experience from any company. I wanted to hire a writer and they sent me 3 well-vetted writers in a beautiful email intro. I picked one and she did a nice job. It was a great way to try out the service. I have since sent out this group to my friends. I am a huge fan of this marketplace for freelancers.

I've had some pretty bad experiences hiring people from online freelancer sites, but Freeeup is different.
They do a good job of checking people out before making them available, and that makes all the difference.
Also the customer service is stellar - a far cry from the "you're on your own" attitude found elsewhere. The principal of the company is available via phone or chat - unheard of these days.
At this point I'm getting just what I need here, and can't see shopping elsewhere for help any time soon.
