Lost money in the free wallet, AVOID at all costs

Big time scammers. I needed a wallet for a few new tokens XDC and ELF and there werent may options back then. Free wallet got good reviews back then. I sent btc and bought some of each. I log how many tokens I have and a few weeks ago, I checked on balances to see that free wallet took about $150 in inactivity fees. WTF! That was news to me. I didnt complain, but I immediately tried to withdraw the XDC and it wouldnt let me. I have to convert to xrp and then send it to uphold. I lost some money to fees but regained control of the money. I still have $450 of ELF that they wont allow me to withdraw. When I enter the wallet address to send to, a pop up says this doesnt look like a ELF address. I dont know why since its to an actual ELF wallet. I reached out to free wallet and they wanted screen shots. Never heard back from them. I guess those funds are lost to scammers. I should have known this when I didnt get private keys setting up the wallet.

Free? Not at all!

They advertise as completely free to hold crypto. Their FAQs state that the service is completely free to use.
Then this week I get hit with a 'inactivity fee' and they take about 10% of my holding. Apparently it's in the small print. Massive scam - avoid!

A total scam.

They'll just steal your money "due to inactivity fees" and you'll never be able to recover it.

Stay away from this wallet.

SCAMMERS!

SCAMMERS!
Never use freewallet. They fooled me for 2 months to give back my account. While I was blocked by them, they stole more than $200 btc from my account saying it’s “inactivity fee”. What kind of rule is that? If you’re inactive on the app they charge you for that without any warning.
Withdrawal fee is ridiculous! Don’t waste your money and time with these scammers, I hope one day they all end up in jail :)

Account verification has been taking longer than a month, I don't know what they are doing, but if this is the crypto future, then shame. I can't do anything with the funds in my wallet.
