I booked a door to port shipment from USA to Hong Kong, received an invoice and paid $562.46 by bank transfer. They never arrived to pick it up as agreed and after some days said that they need to change the price to $1680. I had double checked with them before booking that the price was correct, they confirmed and said it was a good price because of a promotion. Now 1 month after sending them a refund form, and almost two months after the shipment should have been picked up, I have not received a refund.

I have made a booking and have contacted the customer support several times without a response. The app and site provide little to no guidance (youtube clip in cantonese, not very helpful). It has now been 6 days since I heard anything from them. Every time it is a new agent, requesting the same information that I have already provided in the history.
