You are very nice with your customers at your office or customer service on phone and every truck drivers that I talked with were nice people and tried to do their best to give me the best service they were able to.
Just a small remark, I live at lest than 500 meters from Highway 15 north, Laurentian Highway, and you charge me each time 40$ in extra, but it is very easy for any truck to come on my street and I also have a pallet jack in case it is needed, So I wish that you could remove the surcharge each time. Great web platform for Broker style LtL…
Great web platform for Broker style LtL shipping. Competitive rates and easy to work with. Would like to see some better shipping times as LtL by nature is a bit of a mixed bag. Overnight service with a few select companies would be an asset.

So far so good. I tried booking with another freight company and it was a nightmare. Thank goodness I found Freightera. They did an onboarding call with me immediately and went through how to book with me. I booked a pickup and it was a breeze, price was 1/2 what another company quoted me and my pallets were picked up the next day. Still waiting for them to be delivered.

We understand your shipment was not picked up on the scheduled day, and was in fact picked up the very next business day, January 29th. Please note that for LTL shipments, the carriers are not able to guarantee the pickup and delivery dates, unless stated otherwise.
However, we are very sorry for this inconvenience and are glad the shipment was picked up and delivered as quickly as possible, as well as that our team made sure you were being updated on the progress the whole time.
