Disappointed!

A year ago we booked this haulage firm to make our dedicated same day Friday delivery, the nifty email link lets you track the lorry, allowed us to see the artic lorry went nowhere near the destination and didn't deliver. We couldn't reach anyone.
Our delivery was made on the Monday, we were late and it cost us thousands. The carrier firm offered a mere £100 credit to us, bearing in mind we paid approx. £900 for a DEDICATED lorry!!!
I haven't used them since however been begged by the 'new' acc manager to go back to them, full of promises they wont let us down.
So i booked a dedicated lorry on Monday, to collect from us today and deliver (Thursday) - well last night i got an email, short and sweet saying they wont make it....... I've heard absolutely nothing else.
Twice we have let our biggest customer down due to this haulage firm.... and I've only used them twice for this customer!
