I'm a big fan of Freightos and have now used them for around 30 shipments. Its kind of like Booking.com for freight. I have a few trusted forwarders who I always look out for, but I know I am always getting the most competitive quotes and I love that. So it allows me to shop around while keeping the workflow the same for each shipment regardless of who we use. This makes it easier to keep track and also be familiar with, so anyone in the team can organise the booking.

I've been using frightos for a couple of years now. The process is always smooth and hassle free!

Please, work on your website. I have been trying to login on my account and the system does not recognize my password. I requested a "forgot password" in case I made a mistake, but the system does not update the new password, it does not recognize my google neither LinkedIn account. It is very frustrating logging in. I have to try somewhere else

I would like it if I could look at your website to get an idea of how much it will cost to ship from LA California to London? I don’t know if you do private moves, I have my belongings in LA since 2014 so paying extra fees per month since then. I’m trying to get Uhaul to quote me a price as it’s my art & personal belongings. They were at my fathers until he died in. 2014. So I’m paying at least 45 a month! It’s killing my savings. I’ve been in Uk for 28 years. So I’d love to get my items back. Please help. Lisa London

No phone service -- NO chat service -- you enter information on the website and it does NOTHING -- NOTHING -- what a joke

The whole process from quote to payment was very easy and fast. I received the exact service that I expected. It might be a little bit more expensive than their competitors but the quality of service is worth the extra money.

I came to Freightos because of the instant quotes. I liked the ease of booking and the assurance of knowing I was getting a reasonable rate. However, the reason I keep coming back is that having everything in one place and having someone else integrating the experience is invaluable. I don’t have to worry that paperwork isn’t filed or that the drayage company will miss the pick up, because they are managing everything for me. I have used Freightos many times, and any issues I’ve had with various partners have always been resolved quickly. One time I scheduled shipping outside of Freightos and the whole process was a stressful hassle. Never again 🙂

Especially coming from a small company, Freightos becomes a key member of the team to help the company run smoothly. Website is easy to navigate and addresses any questions that you may have, the learning curve to understanding the site is small. Couldn't recommend a better shipping solution!

Freightos is so easy to use and it's wonderful having all shipments in one place. It's great that I can choose the shipper as to which ones cheaper too. You can also use credit card to pay as well which not all shippers can do!

I have used Freightos 20 different times this year alone moving everything from small Express packages, to full container loads. The total spend in 2023 was over $90k. In total, in the 4 years I have used them, I have moved 94 shipments totalling $737k.

I say all that to say that I am very familiar with the platform, and I also see how some people have had challenges. Freightos is a not a "genie in a bottle". International Freight is complicated and can get wildly expensive (delays etc.) if you do not go into the process with a basic working knowledge of what is required from you (the Consignee) then the chances of something going sideways is high. Have I had issues on Freightos in the past? Yes, I have. I also felt like I had assistance from the platform in helping rectify that.

This is a SOLID platform that works. Without it, my business would be much more complicated and time consuming.

i can always be sure that my shipment will arrive in time, all i have to do is book the shipment and provide all info, Freightos takes care of the rest.

Consistently ship slower than promised on multiple shipments - they don't deliver the shipping route or speed you pay for.

It came to a crunch on the SEABAY shipment #S231129003290. Shipment uploaded 11/28/23 with goods ready for pickup and delivery estimated 30-40 days - latest delivery 1/8/23. Now the promise is 1/16/24 and given their track record they will be 7-14 days late on that!

We are a small business and are leaving or a tradeshow on 1/16/24 - we will have 60+ orders and a shipment to receive at the same time AGAIN!
