My rattan bed and bedside tables are even better than the photos online.
Just goes to show you get what you pay for.
Communication, throughout the process from the company, was excellent and the "white glove" service is a must in my eyes.
Would buy from French Bedroom again and would not hesitste to recommend them either.

I am absolutely thrilled with my beautiful new bed & bedside tables from The French Bedroom Co. The customer service is outstanding from this company as is the quality of the beautiful furniture. Delivery was really swift, and I paid for the white glove service. The couriers were really efficient and polite. I will definitely be going back to this company to add more pieces to my bedroom. Ordered a bed with high hopes which was over £2500, delivered with slit in the upholstery, upon complain they sent a piece of fabric to patch ourselves? After two weeks the front crescents fell off, called them again the sent a technician from a third party who said it’s fake wood and cannot be fixed! But their customer service said because we assembled our bed ourselves thats why it’s not in warranty? Seriously?? We hired a carpenter and he explained the bed is made of composite wood and it’s unfixable! My advise is to stay away from this company as they are selling poor standard furniture at extortionate prices.

When you contacted us, our team carefully reviewed the photographs you provided and confirmed that the item received was correct and in line with how the Soft Pink Bedspread is presented on our website. As with all online shopping, colours can vary slightly depending on screen settings and lighting.
As the order was delivered internationally to Australia and the item was supplied as described, any return would need to be arranged and covered by the customer in accordance with our returns policy.

Worse company I got my bedroom set from them but their after care customer service is extremely bad and disappointed and quality of it is so bad. Part of my bed broken not repaired and bedsides is chipped and they telling me it’s not quality issue. We were going to get my sisters bedroom set from there too but not anymore and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. As I can’t reply to you, you can send someone and they can check this is not wear/tear or accidental the wood have peeled off

We’re sorry to hear you are disappointed, but we must clarify our position.
As stated in our policy, any damage to an item should be reported upon delivery. Our one-year manufacturing warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials, but does not cover accidental damage or issues that occur after delivery whilst the product is in your possession. You reported scratches on the side table eight months after delivery, which therefore falls outside the scope of our warranty.
We encourage all customers to inspect their deliveries and report any issues promptly so they can be resolved. Our policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and the continued high standard of our products and service.

Your product is made very well and we are impressed with the lovey oak bed frame and buttoned headboard.
Delivered earlier than expected, but it worked out well for us.
The delivery people were polite, but when they went, they didn't say goodbye, they just went.
All packaging was removed as requested.
We would recommend your products and happily buy again.
