This is a criminal organization. They advertised a return ticket from Paris to Sens, changing at Montereau each way, but what I received was merely a return ticket from Montereau to Sens. When I contacted them, they were evasive and obviously had a list of ready replies which purposefully misinterpreted my query and complaint.
We ordered tickets through frenchrails.com, which turns out to be part of the company Railclick. Everything looks trustworthy, but once we finalized the payment, we were directed to an error page. The payment had been done but we hadn't received the tickets. We called and mailed, but received no response. After calling with the bank, we had given up all hope.
!!! TIP: after a week we had the idea to call the actual french rail company SNCF. In their system, they were able to see that we had in fact bought the tickets, and sent them to us per mail. We were extremely relieved, but still extremely angry and dissapointed with the service of Railclick.
