Great customer service
After a minor mishap in misplacing my ordered trousers and immediately refunding me Marie located the item and offered them at a discount to me which I was delighted to accept. Really decent people to do business with.

Over & above service
The item I ordered initially was out of stock, but staff (Marie) helped find me a suitable replacement in the same size and style. In the end this replacement didn't fit me, and was returned (free returns). Marie then found 2 other options in the correct size at no extra cost- even though the cost was higher on the site. Highly recommend!

They are so helpful
I was trying to get a very specific trouser and size. Marie could not have been more helpful in taking pictures and sizes and then sending a pair. They were lovely trousers but did not quite fit me. I purchased a jacket from the French Workwear company. I received it quickly and ordering online was fine, no dramas.
I’m really happy with my purchase, even though it is a vintage piece it’s in great condition and looks brand new!
