Might be SCAM

Scam company- i did not get what I ordered and when I contact the company someone in india replys in standard answers not willing or able to understand or help.

Claimed to be an Irish company but are not

Ordered from what I believed was their Irish website. Any returns are meant to go to an address in Ireland but they state to make sure they are emailed beforehand. Once I emailed they said I had to return item to a US address at my own cost. Its a very expensive return. I will be looking into my options as I was given to understand I was dealing with an Irish company. I also incurred import taxes as it came from the US yet their email confirming order said it was EU mailing. Be careful, you are dealing with a non EU country, with regards to taxes and returns

I ordered african yams from the…

I ordered african yams from the australian website. They were not shipped for over 4 weeks, then never arrived. I followed up with freshcart and shipping agency multiple times, got not response. 2 months later they send me an email asking how their service was, but yet again do not respond to where my delivery got to. Lodged a disputed transaction with my bank.

Outstanding service

Outstanding service, my order was delivered so quickly as promised, fruit and vegetables are extremely high quality. In addition, the staff members are very kind, personable and keen to solve any order issues. Highly recommended!

Fruit Box Order

I received my first Fruit Box yesterday and was really pleased with the quality and quantity of fruits. I was a sceptical about this service as I was expecting that the produce wasn't going to be very fresh. I'm happy you managed to change my mind. I hope you will look into adding meat and drinks to your inventory. I can say that overall I enjoyed the experience, and it also meant a lot to see the delivery guy wearing a mask and gloves. See you next week!

Utterly recommended service

Excellent service, the order was delivered in time as it was promised and the fruit and vegetables are of high quality. In addition, the stuff members are very kind and keen to solve any order’s issue. Highly recommended!

Not the best quality.

Ordered and chose next day delivery. Got a veg box and some fruit. Was informed will receive a dispatch email prior to delivery. Delivery slot given between 9am and 9pm. Come 7pm, a shipping text / email came through and then the doorbell rang, the guy was on my doorstep when I received the text.

The box was small. I paid £55. They didn’t have the dragon fruit or the blood oranges so I was refunded £8 for those. Upon looking at the box, the quality and size of the fruit and veg was not worth the £40+ I paid. The raspberries and blackberries had white mould on them and the ones I salvaged tasted unpleasant so perhaps they too were gone off. The herbs received were not fresh and were wilted so had to throw them out. Apples were really small.

The positive things about this company is that you can chose a nominated delivery date and the customer service is good and accessible through various channels; telephone, email and live chat via the website.

Overall, weighing the pros and cons. I wouldn’t order from this company again as I would like more value for my money and better quality food.

UPDATE:

I have sent an email in action of the response from Fresh-Cart. In response to my review, I added one more star as I cannot fault their customer service. It is also apparent they value their customers.

Unfortunately, as we deliver on a day to day basis, we are directly dependant on the supplier availability for certain products, thus the reason for which we were unable to accommodate the dragon fruit and the blood oranges.

With regards to the raspberries and blackberries, we are very sorry to hear that. All our products are being delivered to us by the suppliers in the morning, and we inspect each product before shipping it out to customers. We will also start working with a third supplier starting with tomorrow, looking to improve the quality of the products we deliver.
