I had a problem with my card machine…

I had a problem with my card machine and i had a very quick response time from Redon who dealt with my queries. They were patient whilst i worked out how to send a photo of the issue and made suggestions to make things easier. Although the card machine is not fixed because it has to be handled by another team i feel confident that my problem will be dealt with.
