Very poor Communication
I placed my order and payment was taken. After waiting a week to hear when my order would be dispatched I was not contacted. I emailed the company who replied saying that were sorry but they had sold out due to only having one in stock and two of us had ordered at the same time and they had applied a refund to my account.
If I hadnt contacted them i would have still been waiting for my order

Gore tex gloves cold hands
I bought these gloves online, the price was very competitive and the delivery was spot in so I would give fresh air junkie 5stars for that part the only thing I would say is after reviewing the literature on the gloves I thought the large would be perfect for me as I have large hands. The gloves are a little oversized in the fingers and after a few walks my hands have been cold in them. So do not buy if you want warm hands as I was a bit dissatisfied with that. Don’t get me wrong the gloves look well made but I would be cautious if buying them.
