What started as a single location in Bethesda has grown into nine neighborhood bakeries across the DMV area — and after twelve years of perfecting our craft, we're proud to bring our breads and pastries to doorsteps nationwide. We are a team of bakers, founders, and passionate food lovers who believe that good bread shouldn't require an early alarm or a trip across town. All ou breads are made with 100% organic ingredients, slow-fermented for 48 hours using a natural sourdough starter we've been feeding since day one, and blast-frozen at peak freshness — no preservatives, no shortcuts. Bake it at home in 25 minutes or less. That's it. We hope you love it as much as we loved making it, and we hope it creates simple moments of everyday joy around the table. This was the first time I ordered a box of fresh produce, and I don't regret it! It feels like I have my own little bakery at home. I highly recommend my fresh baguette, and the fact that it's organic and artisanal really makes all the difference in terms of taste.
