AWFUL customer service
AWFUL customer service. I have been messaging them for the past week about an order that they had got wrong. They clearly cannot rectify the issue however I have had no response from them.
They are clearly a dysfunctional company who don’t care about their customers only about the intake of money.
Very disappointed from start to finish with this company. Have tried to get in touch via their social media and my comments keep getting removed. They clearly don’t care about their customers at all

Hello again Riley, it's a shame that you've taken the time to write false information about us after rectifying your issue. Firstly, we accept a mistake was made by one of our new starters sending you a 400g mix instead of 800g mix. We received your email and sent out an additional 800g mix, plus a discount on your next order to resolve this issue. Still not happy happy with that, you continued to post countless hate messages on all of our social media to the point we had to block your negativity. You talk about messaging us for the past week to which we have replied many times back to you when possible. Finally, we always put our customers first indefinitely! However, there's only so much we can do being a small business and the nature of our products.

DONT BOTHER. Great tasting sweeties, but I payed over £4 for next day delivery and it arrived 3 days later. I tried to DM them on Instagram and TikTok (which got no response) because I emailed them 3 times over multiple days requesting an update and a refund as I payed so much for next day delivery, but I’ve had no response what so ever. AWFUL customer service. Don’t order, you can get sweets that taste just as nice from elsewhere that actually responds to you and ships it to you based on what you payed for.
