There bags fall apart after a week and getting no response either STAY WELL CLEAR OR BE OUT OF POCKET

I have dealt with Fresherpack for over 15 years and have three of their Eiffel Pro machines which I have used regularly. They have performed faultlessly and have been very useful in preserving and storing food in our fridge or freezer for long periods without freezer burn or frosting inside the bags.
Fresherpack has always been a pleasure to deal with and always responds to queries or problems promptly, fairly and efficiently.

I ordered online and received the delivery info for next day delivery. It did not arrive. After no response from the contact phone number and several emails, I finally got a single sentence reply (with no name) and was told it would be resent. That delivery did not arrive, nor did the next one that was also promised. I checked the post code for the website address and it was a private house. I persued with daily emails and finally got a more positive response. I was told they send out from a warehouse situated elsewhere and the problems were with a national carrier (who I always found reliable). When the order finally arrived, the order was wrong. More emails and more no deliveries of the missing items. I asked for a refund which they gave me promptly. My experience has been the worse online shopping ever. The do not answer the phone. They will promise next day deliveries and they just never turn up. The partial order I finally received took 5 weeks and lots of emails. So much hassle and time wasted. I ordered my missing items on Ebay, the products were cheaper and they arrived next day without problems.
