This was my first Japenese Head Spa and it was amazing. So relaxing and refreshing.Chloe did my treatment and she was excellent she explained everything to me, she calm and professional, I felt safe. The room smelt gorgeous and the music contributed to the atmosphere. Part of the treatment was a facial and a hand massage and both were smooth and my face looked and felt more hydrated. It was so good I am ready to book another one. The staff I met and spoke with were cheerful and helpful. I would recommend this treatment and this salon.

I had a most AMAZING hydrofacial with Carrie at Fresh Faces!!
From the monent I arrived.... everything was PERFECT!
I was welcomed with a lovely refreshing drink and after taking my coat from me I was lead to a beautifully clean, relaxed room with zen music and ambient lighting.
The facial machine was next to the clean beauty bed, and was sparkling and pristine!!
The creams, gels,were gently massaged onto my face and the hydrofacial was gently commenced.
Carrie explained what she was doing, and the benefits to my skin. She asked if I would like a warm blanket and took out of the cupboard a clean, fresh smelling blanket and covered me.
The creams and gels used, smelt GLORIOUS and felt luxurious.
Carrie was most professional in every aspect. She allowed me, after the treatment, to take my time, allowing me to adjust my hair, face and brought my belongings to me.
I enjoyed this experience very much and would definately book more treatments.
I would recommend Fresh Faces Spa, Brentwood as what I had done today was an incredible treatment and was definately worth so much more.
In my opinion, Carrie was the most attentive therapist I've ever met and made my experience super special ❤️

Nails have lasted over 4 weeks, I never get that long out of my nails, the technician was brilliant and I had to squeeze in gel hands and toes in my lunch hour which she did and the end result was just perfect. Just booked to go back for my holiday nails! Overall salon experience was lovely, it’s beautifully decorated tucked away from the hustle and bustle and has a chilled vibe.

i had a microneedle facial with lemon bottle skin booster with the lovely Carrie. My skin has never looked better! I also feel so much better in myself. Carrie is also a specialist in PDO threads so I would definitely recommend having a look on her Instagram @freshfacesessex. She owns a lovely salon with such a warm welcoming!
