Realise I am not the only one not receiving order. I gonna give 2stars because I did receive my first order, however my second order did not come after 8months already and there’s only further delay no refund

Pathetic customer service. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.
I placed an order with them and 7 months later I'm still waiting and they will not provide a refund

I bought a hoodie back in January, I have emailed them three times and told exactly the same thing as if robotic. " We apologise for the delay. We have been very busy but trust your order will be with you shortly".

Basically what they do is take your money, tell you lies and keep you hanging on until it's too late to do any form of charge back through your bank or PayPal. Ultimately resulting in theft !

Do not and I mean DO NOT order from this company that claim to be in America but are actually based in China and are scam artists.

Paid for a hoodie in the beginning of December 2024. Nothing arrived. Emailed them several times.

Ordered from Fresh Hoods back in November 2024 for 2 hoodies for my nephews. Never received them till this day (July 2025). After multiple attempted emails back and forth to their “customer service” all I got back was the same excuses that they would send them out as soon as it was ready through countless different names of people I was supposedly dealing with each time. Eventually I brought this to the attention of my credit card company and they credited me back the money. This company wouldn’t even accept to refund back the money themselves and instead offered a store credit or 10% discount on the next order. As if I’d ever buy again something from this company when I never even got the first order from them! Complete scammers!!! I wish I had read more of the reviews before I made the purchase! Complete waste of my time, money and energy! I hope this helps future customers from not buying from this company and report them and take them down!

They are scammers, they do not respond to emails, and their contact email is a bot. They do not ship the products and never respond to orders; they never deliver them.

I bought 2 hoodies for 88 euros in April and they never came, I spoke with my bank, I explained how this website continued to lie despite multiple threats that I will involve my bank if they don't refund me. I solved my issue And got my money back.
This website is a scam, also, when I paid, in my bank statement it says that my purchase was from another website called mymeditools.com

Ordered from here before and the products are great. Only issue is we ordered 5 hoodies in December 2024 and they never arrived. Months of chasing and them constantly apologising and saying they’re in production. Refused to give a refund. 5 months later I contacted my bank who had to raise a case to master card to get my money back! They disputed it despite not delivering an order in 6 months. They lost their case and my money was returned. Buyers beware items often do not arrive and you’ll have to fight to get your money back.

Ordered a Hoodie in December 2024, which NEVER arrived! I emailed Fresh hoods many times since then and they have promised me a refund but nothing.

Cant speak with anyone, its all online - such bad customer service and communication!

I ordered a hoody in February and all I've received is excuse after excuse after excuse. It is now July and I'm still getting the same excuse for the delay or the option for store credit! They cant deliver the one I ordered, why would I want store credit! They refuse also to refund my money.

I ORDRED 3 SWEATSHIRTS IN OCT 2024 AND IT IS JULY 2025 AND STILL NOTHING. IVE CONTACTED THEM EVERY MONTH AND THEY SAY THE SAME THING. THEY REFUSE TO REFUND ME. WHAT DO I DO NEXT. THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! I WILL BE RESEARCHING WHO TO CONTACT

I ordered 3 hoodies 7 months ago, nothing. Every time I asked for the hoodies they would say," Its on its way." Then nothing will happen. For the love of God, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM FRESH HOODS.

It's been 5 months and all I get is one of three or so canned responses. Either, resending as its lost, forgot to print it, or, your items are in high demand.

They just cycle through them, do not use.

I ordered 2 shirts from this website with expedited shipping. After 2 MONTHS and tons of back and forth with Fresh Hoods so called "support", the shirts have not shown up. Over and over they said it's coming and I not even received a shipping notification. Absolute garbage site, do not buy from this place.

I ordered 3 items in late December and as of late June have still not recieved the item. They say therr is a problem with the supplier however say they print to order. And still send and advertise and say that items are available.

Same here, this company is a scam. I placed my order in March 2025, and to date, nothing has arrived. Only emails with apologies and no complaints or refunds. Beware of a scam!

This company is a coin flip. I ordered 3 items one time and it took a while but loved the items when they arrived. Tried to order another item and have been waiting since October 2024 with zero option of refund for items not being sent.

Items are wonderful but there's every chance they may not arrive.

SCAM!!! 3 months of enquiries requesting confirmation order had been dispatched. Every communication would entail "thank you for your patience, we are looking into this and will provide you an update soon, we appreciate your understanding". Requested full refund which is being dishonoured at this point also. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I placed an order 7 months ago for over $500, for Christmas presents. I STILL haven't received any items in my order and, after multiple email complaints, I have been refunded only 10% of my purchase! Twice I have been promised another 30% refund that was never sent, and the company has only claimed problems with shipping... for seven months? I would strongly urge anyone to avoid ordering from this company. They are fraudulent and they are thieves.
