Where's my order??!!??!!

I ordered three hoodie from this company...over a year later, im still waiting for my order. I paid over a £100 for my order, ive followed up and followed up trying to find out if im EVER going to get my hoodies. Thought they might have been an legit company at first but now im think ive been ripped off 😡🤬

SCAM

I ordered a cropped hoodie from here. Took a long time to arrive but it did arrive so I ordered a tank top. That was about 6 months ago. Ive followed up several times only to continually be fed the same script that its just taking longer than usual to get ready. I have no shirt and no refund.

Absolutely horrible company

They used to be a great company to order from,I even own a few of their sweaters, but things have changed a lot. This was honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Fresh Hoods took my money and then completely disappeared. There was no communication, no responses, and no updates whatsoever. I never received my order and was left feeling completely ripped off.
It’s incredibly frustrating to be ignored after spending your hard-earned money. Customer service seems nonexistent, and there is zero accountability. I would strongly warn anyone considering ordering from Fresh Hoods to stay away.

Fresh hoods to be avoided at all costs!

Ordered an outfit in December 2024. Still haven’t received it. For months I followed up with them and was told there was a delay with the order, until I forgot about it. Now when I try to go into their webpage to make a complaint, the form doesn’t work (too full from all the complaints no doubt). So currently have no way to get the outfit, or a least a reimbursement. Seems like a scam site to me.

Company has seemingly ceased to operate

Company has seemingly ceased to operate but still takes orders? At what point does their site get shut down and law enforcment get involved? From all the negative reviews we can see it's a fair guess to imagine they have essentially stolen a huge amount of money.

No longer good

I've ordered from here before and have thoroughly enjoyed the products, but something has gone horribly wrong in the last year or so.

December 2024 I ordered two more hoodies, not expecting them before the new year. February hit and I still didn't receive my items. Emailed support, they said there was some logistics issues and they were working on fixing it. Few more months went by, emailed again, they offered a refund or discount, and I just wanted my items.

It's now December 2025, and their support is non-existent. No answers, no auto-reply, nothing. I'm still getting adverts spammed to me about sales and new products, but it seems like there's no one running the store anymore.

I'm not sure what happened, but it saddens me to see it.

A Full-Blown Scam

This company is a full-blown scam. My wife ordered a jacket for $100 a year ago (Dec 2024), and it still has not arrived. I've emailed dozens of times, and gotten the endless run-around. At one point this summer they even said it was packed and ready to ship. All lies. They simply took our money with zero intention to fulfill the order. Only when I threatened to post a review on Trustpilot and contemplate legal action did they start ignoring my emails completely.

They had the most amazing ads and (i guess fake) products for sale, and I'm so deeply frustrated to learn that they are a sham company with apparently no accountability.

Trustpilot should really allow zero stars. Here we are a year later, 2 reviews later, and I still have no received my order worth $220 from December 2024. Will be reporting this company to Better business bureau and will continue to comment on all their social media. What a disgusting company run by low level creatures.

Product never shipped after 3 months

I waited over 3 months and never got the stuff I ordered and my order status was never updated. I reached out to them multiple times and never got a reply. I ended up requesting a refund. I recommend you do not order anything from this site

I ordered some hoodies with them in…

I ordered some hoodies with them in November 2024 - I was hoping to receive them for Christmas. Like for many other reviewers, I didn't receive the order. I complained and they offered a refund. That also never arrived. After a few emails back and forth and "technical difficulties" on their side nothing happened. I decided to file a complaint about them with my credit card company, and strongly recommend anyone with issues to go down the same route. There is a time limit to that though (I think 90 days). Freshhoods had the opportunity to respond to my complaint and suddenly claimed that they had processed and sent the order. Thankfully that did not work out for them - I had kept and submitted all emails where they had already promised me a refund. In the end my credit card company fortunately refunded the amount I had spent.

Ordered a whole year ago. Still waiting. Shit company with shit customer service and now they've removed their contact details. It should've been taken down a long time ago.. Fraud.

Truly awful

Truly awful. It took three months for my order not to arrive. After chasing them they told me that there had been a mistake with the shipping. I was given the option of a refund or to send the order again. I gave them another chance. It's now been a year and although I've chased them a couple of times I've had no reply. All communication has been an AI experience which is infuriating. I now can't contact them because the 'form has exceeded its allocated quota'.

Once great, now... gone?

Really disappointed with this company, as I bought some gear a few years ago and it all came and was all great quality. Most recently, however, I ordered two hoodies in their sale and they never got any further than the the "Order accepted" stage. I reached out to their customer services but got no response and had to request my money back through PayPal. I can only assume the company went under but the website is still up and they're still taking money, for some reason. Such a shame.
