I strongly believe that this is a scam company, this according to comments and also because they advertise that one can pay with Paypal which then is untrue.

I ordered a blender from them. It took weeks to arrive though each communication promised delivery within the week. The magnetic poles on the charger were reversed so it was impossible to recharge. They promised to send another charger [within the week] a couple of months ago but it never arrived.

It does not work- simple as that! Waste of money

Awful company - not possible to make returns - do not use. The blenders arrived 2 weeks late AND the boxes were damaged - this was too late as they were bought for a birthday gift. Then when you want to make a return, you have to return to china at a cost of £35 ish (with parcelforce) AND it has to arrive there within 14 days or they won't refund. Customer service is crap just an automated email. Complete scam.

Bought this two months ago & it was great at first now the base unit will not take a charge. I have tried to contact their customer support but they just keep asking me the same information… customer name and order number which I have repeatedly given them. I want to exchange the item as the website states there is a 12 month warranty but they are just ignoring my messages!

Bought this item off of Amazon in August followed instructions and charged over. USB . It worked well the first few days, then after a few days though charging before use it failed to work. I would charcoal am doing the correct thing yet no no charge.
Unfortunately by the time I went on Amazon it had gone outside the 28 or 30 days.
So I paid 29 pounds for item and got less than 2 weeks good use out of it
In fact less than a dozen times was able to use it .
These companies are great at taking your money for poor products .
This is the first appliance I ever bought that has stopped using in such a short period of time.
I am 60 years old and have always been able to give a way appliances that still work .
I have never had an appliance that has stopped working with
less than a month of good use.
This is a real disappointment.
