DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
After using this service for a few minutes I quickly realised the quality of the leads generated was poor and a number reappeared in separate searches.
The customer service assistant (Marty) was so rude and unhelpful. He rejected my initial request for a refund in such a rude/blunt manner.
Furthermore, I don't believe they had the nerve to reply to the other negative review on TrustPilot with "This user is bitter because we wouldn't refund him". Yes we're annoyed because we've just paid a premium for an awful service that doesn't work how it was expected to.
Awful service, awful customer service and an awful experience.
*You see Marty, I wouldn’t have been so dissatisfied with your customer service had it been somewhat pleasant.
Your service is probably a 2 star rating but your rudeness and lack professionalism brought it down to 1 star.
Also, using my data that I submitted to your service to acquire my full name and search it on companies house 🤔 Sounds like a breach of GDPR to me, oh so unprofessional.
And the only thing I’m entitled to is a refund mate. Either improve your service or improve your customer service to compensate for it, then maybe you’d stop getting negative reviews. Stop crying about it, you brought this on yourself.

That's very entitled of you, Charlie - if you run searches and use data, you need to pay for it, we're not a charity. Are you giving everyone refunds after they've used your Kitchen X or Augmented Marketing services and resources? No. I don't think you are. We're a startup in a very tough industry, we're in no position to be providing refunds after collecting and storing data you've asked the software for, as we would lose money. I'm not sure standing behind our terms and conditions warrants a negative review - it does state on our website that refunds are not provided. Very unprofessional and entitled behaviour.

This user is bitter because we wouldn't refund him AFTER he used our software. Very strange, unprofessional individual with lots of fake accounts. Take his review with a pinch of salt.
