FreshLearn destroyed the technical SEO of my school
I moved my school from Teachable to FreshLearn. Unfortunately, this move destroyed the technical SEO of my school. Specifically, (other than the course videos) FreshLearn didn't move the individual site assets (images, custom code, CSS scripts, fonts, etc.) to a native Freshlearn environment. FreshLearn airlifted these assets from Teachable with their existing CDNs and hosting specs unchanged. As a result, while all assets were available per se, the conflict between FreshLearn and legacy (Teachable) CDNs destroyed the technical SEO of the site. My school's SEO performance index as measured by tools like pagespeed dropped to low 20ies both on mobile and desktop.

FreshLearn Support After Migration
I migrated my online education platform to FreshLearn a few months ago and have needed lots of support to redirect my url and update my email address verifications. The FreshLearn reps are easily available to assist and their live support is great for non-techie users like me. The migration process for all my courses and 100s of users was seamless. I highly recommend FreshLearn!

Charged early and won't refund my money
I shouldn't have ignored some reviews I saw with the same complaint. If you look through the reviews, most of them are right after a good customer service experience with one particular person. We're human, of course we're going to write a positive review of the person.
I'm leaving my old reviews up because that was how I felt then but if you look at my last one, I had issues that I felt were addressed. Well they weren't. So I've moved on to another LMS that works well for my needs and has a much nicer UI for my customers. I've been using it since the beginning of the year and finished migrating my customers months ago and everyone is relieved.
Because they didn't have features they promised and I wasn't able to get my customers using FreshLearn for quite awhile, they agreed to add extra time before my next payment. I had on my calendar to cancel on my previous renewal date knowing that it would still be before it actually renewed. Apparently they didn't make a change on the back end and they still charged me and now they won't refund me "according to terms and conditions."
1. Ummm, no. You said I'd have extra time
2. Even if I did actually cancel on my renewal date, that's pretty sleazy. My business always refunds customers if they cancel on their renewal date. That's a whole year they don't want. It's just bad business.
This is still a cheap option for a white label LMS if you're looking for cheap. They also have an app, which is hard to get anywhere else and definitely isn't included. But you get what you pay for. It works if you have simple needs and like the UI. You also own all your data so other than this payment issue, leaving is easy.

One cannot cancel account and they overcharge you
Do not use it. It's bad and unstable product.
But the worst part in cancelling the account and/or removing credit card from billing
You cannot do it yourself and they are ignoring request to do so - and charge you even if you ask them repeatedly to cancel the account and do not use the product.

FreshLearn took care of my migration, bringing over all of the modules of my course from another platform as well as my subscribers. When I'm stuck figuring something out, scheduling a support call is so easy! Rahul explains and shows how the system works. While FreshLearn doesn't yet have all the functionality of my prior platform, I'm happy to work within their parameters for the cost savings.
