I wish I had the option for 6 stars!

I wish I had the option for 6 stars!

Within 25 workouts, I am seeing immense results. My family has mentioned that I'm looking healthier, I am definitely getting stronger, and I feel 10x better. The biggest change has been the results I'm seeing outside of the gym. Harder things are becoming easier. My business is growing, bad habits are breaking, and I feel more confident.

Dan makes a training / nutrition plan custom for you and doesn't expect perfection. He's help accommodate my crazy schedule and pickiness with food.

Your investment isn't in fitness. It's MUCH more than that!! If you're looking for a sign to do something for yourself, this is it. Do it for the people around you too. You won't regret it. I didn't.

A personalised plan that means no more winging it

I've been running for around 15 years on and off but I've never been able to stay consistent and I've put weight on and off over this time. I've always struggled to be consistent with my nutrition as well which has meant be not fuelling myself properly in training and for races. Since working with Dan I've started to be more consistent and less of a perfectionist mindset. The goal with Dan is that you develop healthy and consistent approaches to your training and nutrition that becomes part of your life and you no longer need to guess or wing what you're doing. Fitting training and running in and eating a healthy balanced diet that fuels you properly to achieve your goals can feel impossible around a busy life and work. However Dan is helping me realise that it is possible and I've achieved half marathon times I wouldn't have thought I was capable of before starting the plan. 100% recommend. Have a chat with Dan and go from there.

Awesome

I started following Dan on Instagram as his posts were really useful. Since then I have had a few chats and attended a webinar and the information that he has provided and the support has been amazing. Dan is truly inspiring and motivational. 5 star 🌟

I’ve been working with Dan for 4 months…

I’ve been working with Dan for 4 months now. When I started working with him, I had some Achilles tendon issues. He designed a strength training program that helped me build on my weaknesses. My Achilles is now so much better and I’ve already signed up for another marathon. Since training with Dan, I’m seeing speed in my speed sessions that I haven’t seen in years.

Dan also has taught me the importance of proper fuelling are the recovery process.

You can’t go wrong with him!

Vast improvement for me

I joined freshlifestyle to improve my running times, get fitter and learn how to incorporate this into my lifestyle plus making it a long term goal. Dan has helped massively with nutrition before a race, so much so that my times have improved where they were once going in the opposite direction. I feel stronger at the start line and I can sustain the effort for longer, which is down to the strength training also.

What an unbelievable difference in such…

What an unbelievable difference in such a short space of time. I’ve only been training with Dan for a few months but the change in that short space of time has shocked me. I feel stronger on my runs, my energy has increased, I’ve never enjoyed food so much and everything most importantly to me is simple and fits in easily with my lifestyle and schedule. It’s real life coaching that adapts to me personally. Not complicated in anyway, in fact the simplicity is unbelievable. I’ve my first half marathon coming up, Great North in September then Manchester Marathon in 2027. I’m so glad I chose to work with Dan and can’t wait to see where I’m at this time next year. We are all different and that’s the difference with Dan’s coaching. It’s tailored to you, your needs and leaves you time to focus on the training instead of hunting for what will help you be the best you can. Stronger runner

Hi, I have been training with Dan for 3 months. I have been a runner for 14 years and I have always been trying to loose weight in the proccess. Dan has helped to understand the importance of nutrition and fueling our bodies specially around a long run. I was always scared to put weight on and the knowing that I just burnt 1000 calories in a run would give me a boost and I didnt eat enough, somehow I never lost the weight!.
I have been eating what Dan advised based on my weekly mileage, follow a structure gym plan, no just turning up in the gym and wing it and the results are clear, im running faster and I have lost weight, even I can see muscle definition in many places. I have learnt to fuel my body to protect my muscles and my mind, as I can still have the treats that I like and continue to enjoy life without restricting myself.
If you need structure in the gym, easy follow up app and do all the above without getting injured I would highly recommend Dan for your next PB! 💪🏽

Dan is incredible a miracle worker!

I started with Dan in January, I ran my first marathon in April, and now I’m planning my next, thinking about faster times! I have used PTs in the past and am a very active person, but I have learnt so much in the last 4 months, started to see things clearer and understand the importance of fuelling and training right, running for me is my break, my chill time (I’m not fast just need to switch off) and for a while I had forgotten that because post pregnancy every run felt hard the extra weight was a burden etc etc, but I’m 5kg down since Jan and feeling more confident and positive than ever. My mental health is in the best place it’s been in a long time which considering I’m a single mum not quite a year post divorce should tell you all you need to know. Thanks Dan!

I have been working with Dan for over a…

I have been working with Dan for over a year. He is consistently communicating with me and looking at the work I am doing to make adjustments. When I have had an injury he has helped me through the injury by adjusting the plan to focus on specific needs. I have learned a lot about nutrition and fueling. Working with Dan has made me a more complete runner.

I've learnt so much from Dan since…

I've learnt so much from Dan since being on his programme, all of which helped me acheive my goal of a sub 2hr half marathon. I've also lost around 5kg since starting with Dan and have maintained the fat loss at a good body weight for me, which makes me feel fitter and leaner and has increased my body confidence. Prior to joining Dan's programme i did no strength training and didn't have a clue how I needed to fuel my runs. I now do two runs a week and 2 strength sessions and Dan has helped me incorporate these changes into my busy life. I now understand about how to fuel my runs and all the nutrition info has meant that my recovery post run has massively increased which means I feel good after races. What's really helpful is that Dan shows you how you can still eat the foods you love whilst being fit and healthy and he gives you lots of tips and tricks to help you focus on your goals. Before joining the programme I had no clue about how inportant protein is or what strength training/exercises are good for runners and i felt lost as to how I would ever achieve a sub 2hr half. Thanks to Dan I'm never going to look back and my diet and exercise regime has changed dramatically- all for the better, making me feel really good and positive about future goals I can acheive
