I agree with the other poster that this company is dishonest.

I bought this as an early supporter and they promised all sorts of things but they bait and switched by changing the name of their packages so that things like Integrations (Zapier) and different coupon codes could not be used unless I paid for the $400 upgrade. When I complained they locked me out of my account. When I complained about that they took down my landing page. When I complained about that they locked out my student accounts. And now the lady I am conversing with over there (Now called FreshLearn but it is the same group of people) is saying they offered support calls to me 10 times. NOT ONCE DID THEY OFFER ME A SUPPORT CALL.

And it is not the money I already spent on them but the time it takes to build a course and landing page that is really upsetting. To take that time to post a course with +80 videos and cheat sheets and stuff like that is very time consuming. And now all of that time is lost. And even if I got the integrations back, how could I trust this company not to mess things up again (deliberately or not).

If I were a student and could not change my password because the reset link leads to a blank page, I would be annoyed. I can't trust my student to this company and so a lot of time and hope and money has been lost to them. STAY AWAY!!!

I bought 5 codes from appsumo, and have asked the helpdesk as well as the founder with I asked where is the promised items as an early adopter

For example:
1. Gamification = only available to upgrade in $299
2. Integration such as zapier = now its locked in my account
3. Total Gb for 5 codes - suppose to be 10gb x 5 = 50gb

and now I only have 10gb, and also no zapier - and now they have locked up all the functions they promised for the codes being bought, and request us to pay $299 per year to unlock even the supposedly included zapier integration.

On top of that, they also promised to include gamification in the 5 codes. Now, they have broken the promise, and 'bundled up' the included gamification - and want us to pay $299 USD for the functions.

What a company. Look good on the outside, ROTTEN on the inside.

1. As someone who has followed Fresh LMS for over a year, I'm amazed at how fast they are developing new features
2. Chat support - It will be founders who answer your questions, not a random support guy

4. The platform is so powerful but the User interface is so simple. This makes course creation easy for coaches of all levels.
