Ordered on 17th April. Have not had any more correspondence. Paid £25.50 and haven’t received anything. Disgusting that they are still ripping people off. I’ve been in touch with Klarna and told them what happened. Just waiting to see what happens next. Avoid this company. You will never see your order or your money. I e emailed them several times and no response.

It is a scam, my order never came. Now need to claim from credit card company. And my Bit defender is blocking the website.
Terrible ordered over a month ago. Says it was shipped. Was emailed again it would be arriving. Requested refund. Never can speak with someone. Chap agents have no clue. Repeating same info four time. Then they pause conversation. Then another agent comes on know absolutely nothing. Offering a replacement. If I didn't get the first time why would I want anything from this company besides my refund.

Ordered a portable blender and still not received it. It’d almost been 4 weeks. All they keep saying is that it’s on the way and dhl have it. Now just waiting on a refund and see how long that will take and if u receive it at all
