Speed was extremely essential, very very happy with the customer service given from first made contact, all the way to completion. Also if I called, Mark was always at the other end of the line, immediately. This is definitely the best broker I’ve met in the last 5 years.

We’ve just moved into our first property with the help of Fresh Money. As first time buyers, we were quite clueless with the house buying process. Mark helped us every step of the way, from our initial meeting where he talked us through the whole process and gave us a rough timescale of what to expect and when. Mark gave advice on house surveys, mortgage types, home insurance, solicitor fees and Help to Buy ISAs.
The detailed information we were given made it easy to choose the right mortgage for us. Our many queries were responded to quickly, nothing was a problem for them.
Mark has been fantastic and we couldn’t have asked for any more support. To top it all off, we even received a lovey courtesy call to check we were settling into our new home and to ask if we would like to choose a charity as Fresh Money donate a portion of their income to charity which we thought was a lovely touch. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Fresh Money.

I had a very positive experience with this company and the representative recently. Mark communicated well and was able approachable and reliable. He worked hard to find the right loan for me and kept me well informed throughout. There was no hard sell or pressure and the advice and discussions were balanced and in my interests. Not having applied for a secured loan before I felt that I was appropriately hand held through it which was reassuring. I have manged to refinance and consolidate my debts into a more affordable monthly payment which was my aim.

There were also some nice touches afterwards such as the company making a donation to a charity of my choice and being sent a gift voucher which was unexpected but a nice surprise.

I would use them again and would recommend them.

An absolutly superb broker - I had the fortune of dealing with one of the Directors (Mark E) who was very professional and although my main mortgage lender was very difficult, Mark was very patient and stayed with me until the end. Excellent company/people to deal with.
