I would 100% recommend Matt from Fresh Outlook. You get a text the day before to say he'll arrive the next day. He's very reliable and friendly, and he always does a fantastic job of cleaning my windows, door and canopy. He has the code to my keysafe to give him access to the back of my house when I'm not there - if that's not a testament to how trustworthy he is, I don't know what is! He's very reasonably priced with invoicing and payment all being electronic so you don't even need to think about it.

Long story short, if you want a window cleaner, you won't find anyone better!

Matt is by far the best window cleaner. I have used Fresh Outlook for a long time now. Matt is totally reliable, informs us via text, the day before he is due to clean the windows. Unlike many, if you were unable to be in at the last minute, and he cannot gain access to the back of the house, he will still do the front of the house and any other accessible windows. He takes payment via direct debit so no need to find cash. Matt is an all round really nice guy. I highly recommend him.
