This company was new to me, so wasn't sure what to expect. Just let me say, I was more than pleased and pleasantly surprised at the level of communication and customer service. Shortly after my order, I was contacted with a precise rundown of how the company operates, how long my order might take, and a promise of future updates about when I could expect delivery. All the information I was given was spot on. The company has a unique business model that is very innovative and forward thinking. The ONLY downside is that delivery times are somewhat longer than we have all become accustom to in this age of instant gratification and overnight shipping. So, you may have to wait a little longer than you're use to for your item, but we're talking a few days, not weeks. And when is the last time the owner of the company sent you a personal e-mail to keep you informed about your order??? Never, right? We all have stories of horrendous customer service experiences, well, this was the complete opposite of that. 5 Stars from me.

Usually, my experience with niche product websites is that they are slow and a pain, sometimes glitchy. Not so with the Fresh Penguin site. The products are laid out in grid fashion making it easy to compare products. The slogans on the wear are not the stupid or canned stuff familiar to me on other shirt sites. Once I picked a product checkout was a breeze. I used Paypal and was immediately directed to their site as soon as I clicked. Check in, pay, log out. Bing, bang, boom. Done. Thanks people for a great site.

Website is very easy to use, large selection of colors for all the items available. Emails are informative and honest about the status of your order. Takes a small amount of time to get your order but all that is explained, the shirts are made when you order them. Good quality shirts and hoodies(my daughter practically LIVES in her hoodie😀😀😀)

I saw an ad for a cool drummer's shirt for girls. Since my granddaughter is a drummer and loves cool shirts, it was a perfect fit. I ordered it for her birthday and was very pleased with the quality. As each shirt is custom made, I did have to wait a bit longer than expected for delivery. I'll factor extra time in next time. And there will be a next time, the RLRR shirt is next!

The products are of quality manufacturing.

I made an order for a t shirt which was very easy to process as the website is very customer friendly. I was well informed with the progress of my order. When I received the order it was well packaged. The t shirt is of very good quality and fits very well. The staff are extremely friendly, polite and customer oriented. All in all I would highly recommend this company and their products. Good value for money and great service.

Everything is good in the garden and I like the humour.

It's not often you get something from a Facebook advert that really outshines your expectations, but from the moment I clicked through from the advert to receiving my product, everything went smoothly. I was warned of delays but my hoodie came all the way to New Zealand and arrived before the expected date. A full five stars to the Fresh Penguin team.

I got done with my order, filling in all the requested boxes. But when I got to entering my credit card number, the website would not accept my card, even though it was one of the depicted cards. I gave up for a day, then decided to use PayPal, as I have never had a problem with them. It worked like a charm.

Just completed order for t-shirt. Painless, quick & efficient. Just waiting for delivery now :)

No snags or hassles at all.
Communication, shipping times, quality of tshirt were faultless.
I realise that the international shipping rates are the same as domestic shipping rates so overseas customers get a really good deal.

Hey, I ordered a shirt that I was a bit confused about the sizing because I'm the type to try a shirt on before I buy and I didn't even know how to use a sizing chart but Dave made sure I got the right size.
Now before that I was having trouble with IE not being able to navigate to the purchase page and Dave spent time figuring out it was IE that was the problem. But the thing that really impressed me was the fact that he responded to my emails on this holiday weekend. First on Friday, then on Saturday (took a while to figure out it was the browser) and believe it or not he responded on Sunday! I was expecting to wait till at least Tuesday or Wednesday to get a response. What company do you know that will go out of their way to not only respond on a holiday weekend but go out of their way to satisfy their customer AND actually personalize the response that felt like I was communicating with a friend. WOW! is all I can say. He is now even considering suggestions I have on shirts. I highly recommend this company's integrity because of Dave. Give them a try. You'll see what I mean. Thanks, bob

It was very easy to purchase the product once I decided on what I wanted, but the mobile app made it difficult to quickly see the front/back product images. A single click caused the entire page to reload; it'd be nice if tapping the product image switched front/back views.

Overall, the purchase was easy, but as a mobile developer, I'm picky about UI. It could have been a bit more user-friendly.
