The bouquet was beautiful and packaged extremely well! I loved how the note was handwritten by an employee with my message - that was a surprising and nice touch. Sent the flowers to my mom and dad for their anniversary and they are enjoying them!

Expensive Delivery for no flowers
I paid $25 in next day shipping for it to never show up. It’s been 2 days past the delivery date and I still haven’t received it. I was really looking forward to trying this company for the first time. I don’t know if i will again considering how outrageous the shipping is it’s almost half the cost of the flowers. Comical that got this review email before I ever got the flowers.
Edit: Fresh sends did reach out to me and appropriate solution with a refund. Thank you! I will try again in the future.

The Perfect Gift
The bouquet was in great condition, and really well packed when it arrived. Within 24 hours of the bouquet being shipped it had arrived, and it truly exceeded my expectations! Every bud was in great shape or ready to bloom, and the cards were a really lovely touch.

Still have not received my order :(
I ordered my flowers to be delivered on Friday sept 3rd and it is now 3pm on Saturday sept 4th and i have still yet to receive them :( they were for my girlfriend and I’s year and a half anniversary and now i feel like i ruined it. I was so excited because i knew she would love the flowers and now i feel extremely let down.
(Update: it is now sept 7th and i have finally received my order. The flowers were completely wilted and the newspaper that they came in was ripped. I am so disappointed in this company cannot believe i spent almost $80 on this)

My mother is going thru chemo and I wanted to brighten her day, she couldn't rave enough about the flowers :-) My mother and father both commented how fresh and colorful the bouquet was. Thank you for letting me take care of my mom from the other side of the country. Hearing her sound so happy and bubbly over the phone was more than I could ask for, and for that I am forever grateful.

These jokers were the worst
These jokers were the worst. I've waited two different days for deliveries that never showed up. I'm in Brooklyn, NY, they deliver through Fed Ex which is clearly a mistake. Run, don't walk, away from this incompetent over priced joke of a florist. Their service is horrendous.

The concept of Fresh Sends is Awesome…but felt let down.
The concept of Fresh Sends is Awesome, but unfortunately I was not content with the end result. Delivery arrived outside of the delivery window originally scheduled and the flowers were completely dehydrated. I was hopeful to receive a variety that I wouldn’t typically purchase at a grocery store but that was not the case with the order I purchased. The added post card was my favorite from the order but I don’t plan on re-ordering due to my experience with the actual flowers. Wish I would’ve loved them but instead felt let down.
