Some how this company got my phone number saying I submitted a loan which I did not. Kiana, Vanessa and male. These people have harassed me everyday. I have called then several asking for my number to be taken off there list. These people did not care each one just hung up. I have blocked all the numbers they have called me own but they continue to call with other numbers. This has been going on for over a month I can't take it any more. So I am now going to take legal action against Fresh Start. This is unbearable. I will be having each one of them arrested and I will be suing this company!

They send unsolicited mail that says “the road to financial recovery starts now”. Why would you send that??? So embarrassing.

My experience was horrible with the dealership they referred me too it’s was 18 days before the sale person called me back and then the sales person kept lying to me and still dodging me i went somewhere where and now being approved through that dealership that has no affiliation to freshstartnow ashamed. If how I was treated

Matthew was extremely helpful and professional in walking me through the process, he was patient and answered any questions I had. He showed concern for my financial welfare and made everything click for me. Absolutely recommend if you have any sort of financial need.
