Placing an order was a issue
4-5 times I placed some order and everytime I was not able to complete. Then I made an order but when delivering except one order fth cancelled all orders. Got a message saying that money will be refunded in 5-7 days time. Why should I order one item and pay delivery and GST charges. I could have bought it nearby.
Fth could have cancelled all the order.
People are cheating. This is what I understand.

I wonder why a lot of reviews are negative.

I had some orders (chicken, fruits, vegetables) with Freshtohome and I was fully satisfied with the service. The products were fresh, chillled, well packed. Deliveries were always on time, polite couriers, the Customercare Team were very responsive, they answered my message fast and helped me to arrange order to my location as I live in RAK and my area wasn't in the list to deliver. I really appreciate it.

The WORST app, the delivery was delayed, and on top of it, the chicken had gone bad and was stinking terribly. Couldn't even eat a piece. We called customer care, and they were so chill about the whole thing and took no responsibility, and were very rude. Major loss on our side. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE EVER.

I am writing to express my severe disappointment regarding the delivery of my order, which was scheduled for today between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. It was past 11:00 AM, and I only received a call at the very end of the promised window, stating there is a significant delay.

This last-minute update is completely unacceptable and has caused me considerable inconvenience. I had made specific arrangements based on your committed time slot, and the lack of timely communication is extremely frustrating.

Completely ruined our day.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING SERVICE - A COMPLETE SCAM!
I am BEYOND furious with Fresh To Home right now. I placed an order for chicken specifically because of their advertised 90-minute delivery promise. WHY? Because I had a party planned! I needed that delivery ON TIME.

Did I get it in 90 minutes? HA! Don't make me laugh. It arrived over AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE after the already promised 90 minutes! That's over 2.5 hours from the time I expected it!

My party? COMPLETELY RUINED. Everything was delayed, guests were waiting, and the entire flow was destroyed because Fresh To Home couldn't deliver on the ONE thing they promised and the SOLE reason I ordered from them for a time-sensitive event.

And customer support? A JOKE. All I got was a pathetic "sorry, we'll try not to let this happen again." NO explanation for the massive delay, NO accountability, and certainly NO compensation for the ruined event and the absolute waste of my time and planning.

They have the audacity to charge a "platform fee" while simultaneously failing spectacularly on their core service promise and offering ZERO recourse when they mess up this badly. This isn't just bad service; it feels like a hidden scam. They lure you in with promises they don't keep, cause significant disruption, and then shrug it off while still taking your money.

Consider my app uninstalled. I will NEVER order from Fresh To Home again, and I will make sure everyone I know hears about this abysmal experience. Save yourself the headache and frustration – order elsewhere. This was nothing short of looting my time and ruining my plans.

Absolutely a fraudulent company. I ordered 2 packets of mud crabs weighing a total of 1 kg. Despite the order confirmation, the order was cancelled, and only one packet, weighing 500 gms, was delivered. They didn't bother to consult with me prior to cancelling the order or delivering only one packet. I don't require one packet of crab; I need the exact ordered quantity. Additionally, I'm unable to connect to your helpline number as the call gets automatically disconnected.

Recently the quality of fish delivered is very bad. Today Mackerel delivered at very bad quality.

Pathetic! Way too expensive for the quantity and quality. Totally not worth it

Worst quality.. My daughter is suffering with total body allergy After eating mutton ... Itching.. Irritation.. .. So please dont buy from fresh to home products.. They are cheating customers

I ordered curry chicken at fresh to home sit but they delivered damaged chicken it's seems to two or three days back product packed.

I had ordered 'The Handcrafted Chicken Schezwan Dumplings / Momos' in the ready to eat section for delivery in Jaipur, Rajasthan. I don't know what oil they use to coat the momos, but they were horribly bad to taste. The oil had gone bad and the momos smelt of rancid oil. Not only that, even though I ate only two pieces, I ended up with a severely upset stomach and hyper-acidity. Bad experience with this particular product. Be warned!

I ordered chicken winglets from fresh to home in Pune. Received faster delivery on 16-09-2023 morning 9.30 am
After opening the package, noticed very bad foul smell from item which was unbearable.

Today I ordered chicken from fresh to home, which turned out to be so rotten and hard. If we eat this kind of chicken, I promise you will never eat a chicken in your life. Very bad experience from such a big company.

Worst customer service and you can never trust this company for timely delivery. Normal delay expected is 8 to 10 hrs and sometimes they wont deliver only. The customer service will provide you one answer - will call you back after checking with delivery boy and they would never call back. Worst experience

Products are always fresh, good variety and best in the market for poultry and seafood. Their delivery is right on point and always come in the time You choose. Their customer service is perfect. They don't give useless responses, they actually care about the customer experience and resolve the issue for you immediately

Your orders are not guaranteed. Be ready to get your order cancelled any time. Their customer service won't help you so all the best if you are ordering from them. Pathetic service. Customer has no value.
