Our baggage got lost in the airport and we had to chase it for days and the fault was on the airline.. Freshtours provided us with constant support and we even had insurance with them so no harm no foul, we got our things back!!

Before turning to Freshtours we checked our local travel offices for their seasonal packages and didn't find anything worthwhile as the prices are through the roof everywhere due to the economic situation so our options were severely limited.. I am glad that this company managed to find us a 2-week vacation for a reasonable price and it didn't put a hole in our pocket either.

Brilliant service! One of the few booking agencies that actually have real humas dealing with the customer service part and not robots. Not sure on which timezone they operate but whenever we have reached out, they have always got back to us within minutes.

The flight and our trip was great and we didn't face any difficulties whatsoever but the customer support could respond faster if they can.

Was thinking that when the tickets are so cheap then there probably arent many good seats left on the plane but I was wrong.. got the tickets for half the price and didn't pay any extra for seating either.

Per my experience, this is probably one of the most affordable travel services there is. The booking process has also been made quite easy and most of the processes are automated, but support seems also always available. Great work!

This is unreal, we managed to cut our last-minute trip fees in half by using this site to get our tickets from. Whoever has traveled knows that ticket prices can go up multiple times if you want to book on the same day.. didn't happen with this site. Probably the cheapest tickets we've ever got and we have been travelling for years. I saw someone on Reddit talked about this site and did a quick search, the tickets are significantly lower than on any mainstream/known travel sites. Can only highly vouch and recommend.
