I love Freshworks
I love Freshworks. It has made working remotely easier for me as i am able to see what my team members are working on, collaborate on tasks and be more efficient. I am able to get a 360 view of all my contacts, which helps me to get tasks done faster. There is nothing i would change, keep doing what you are doing!!!!

One of the best CRMs I've used in a very long time. As a small business based out of India, I had hundreds of options before me when I went in search for a CRM. I spent months trying to figure out the best one and I'm glad I found Freshworks CRM.
Three months into it and I realized I wasted time evaluating big CRMs. The best part about Freshworks CRM is that I didn't have to run between my sales and marketing teams as I had everything in one place. The reports and analytics (with lead scoring) is my fav thing about Freshworks CRM.
The UI looks simple at the beginning but took me some time to get hold of it and understand all features. If it can be simplified a bit, supported by user training videos, I think Freshworks CRM can rule the CRM industry in the next few years.
THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! I tried FreshDesk, FreshCaller, and FreshChat. At first I thought it would be great because of all the integrations it has, but I was completely wrong. The setup is a bit intensive and definitely not for a non-tech savvy user. When you open a ticket for support, you do not get a response until 24-48 hours later. And then when you reply to that message, you wait another 24-48 hours. Unfortunately the person on the other end has no common sense to work through problems or help you troubleshoot. I cancelled my Omnichannel Estate plan the same day I upgraded to it because I could not get any help. Then they wouldn't respond to me when I asked for a refund, so I had to dispute the charges. Ridiculous.
As for Freshcaller - DEFINITELY DO NOT USE!!!! I have been trying to port my number out for a month and they can't seem to approve my port request in time. Also, they do not provide the phone service, they actually use a third-party. Using a third-party (main phone provider) is normal, however, the fact that they can't approve my port within the allotted time of 24-hours from the time the request is made is why it keeps getting rejected. They do not respond to their port requests! Now I have to look for a new number and keep their service to forward calls if I can't get this done soon. It is not something I wanted because I like my telephone number. I am so pissed and sick of this company. They may be cheaper than their competitors, but there is a reason why.
DO NOT TOUCH - AT YOUR OWN RISK
DO NOT TOUCH. The system on the face of it looks like great potential however don't be fooled. Its basics have no common sense and is very labour intensive. The support is the worse I have ever known, none of the support staff know how to use the products. The products fail to link as they should and often breakdown. The amount of time spent trying to make it work is staggering and to no avail.

The functionality is great for automating simple workflows and UI is great for handling day to day activities. However I was completely let down by the reporting elements and customer service.
Simple examples:
-Reporting functionality to report on accounts, weekly, monthly and yearly - was discussed during presales and agreed it was available
-After signing a 1 year contract, 4 months later and the reporting functionality (for board reports and monthly pipe activity is still not available)
-Upon requesting assistance, the team have repeatedly told me it will be live soon and sent me a ticket for Fresh Support
-I cannot log in to see my ticket status and have been in touch with 7 different support team members
-Locked into this contract so nothing I can do

Did Not Want Subscription Renewed, Can't Seem To Get A Refund Or A Response
I tried Freshsales for almost a year and experienced several incidents with data disappearing or data being changed. The program is nice but it simply isn't what I want. I stopped using the software a few months before my annual subscription expired and did not want to renew it. Freshworks (parent company) renewed my subscription to the tune of $300 on May 26 and as of today have not replied any of my four inquiries. I am really getting angry about this!
CRM is not suitable for Non English Speaking Customers
If you customers don't speak english forget about using this CRM as you cannot create a fully internationalized experience for your customers and Freshsales literally don't care. After subscribing as a lead to the CRM there is a ugly non customizable page that customers arrive on which says you subscribed successfully in english and this cannot be changed or styled. When you talk to support they claim this is not a problem and that it is not a priority apparently because not enough customers have requested the change (obviously they have more english speaking customers than non english speaking hence there will never be enough requests to make it a prio over english speaking customers requests). They cannot even say when they will fix this issue, not even say within a year, they literally told us it is not on their agenda and they can do nothing about it. In general any bug or problem you have will never get fixed by support and I don't think they ever even bring it up with there dev team, they will only refer you to documentation and then make excuses for months and months and months until you give up asking. Its a real shame as the CRM has a lot of great features, is easy to us, but is let down by vital missing features and their terrible support, and the dev team who release features and removes them without notifying any customers and don't care that it caused you problems in the process.
Half baked features released often & never fixed
They started well, then the focus of the company was moved to other products (Freshwork suite) and the experience with freshsales has been getting worse and worse.
Instead of improving what they have & fixing critical issues / poorly designed features, they keep on releasing features which create even more problems...
As a user I suggest you stay away from Freshsales for the time being if you need to choose a new CRM.
