Frey’s delivery was awesome! However I have been disappointed with the lack of sent that you could smell enough and stay with your clothes. It seems ever since the move and revamping products the potency has gone in all the laundry products. The freshener spray and lotion, soap etc. is still good. I will not be purchasing the laundry products anymore.

You folks do alright. The shipments come on time, the product is outstanding, and I don't need to use a lot. The scents are on-point and not overwhelming.

I love Frey! One of the best smelling detergents that I have ever used! I get compliments all the time on how good my clothes smell! If I have a complaint it would be that the bottles are too small. I wish that we could buy bigger containers instead of using all the small ones. I go through about 12 bottles a year. Wish I could buy it by the big jug!

Your products are awesome but the customer service was slow,very helpful and curtious but slooooow.
I wish you made laundry detergent for these new machines that demand one uses H.E. detergent.......I just had to get a new washer and it will only work properly with H.E. detergent

Back orders, missing items, wrong products, fouled packaging and discontinued
products have all happened on a handful of multiple item orders in the past year and a half. Despite that, products are still superb.

My son loves your products. I gave him Frey as a Christmss gift!

Love the smell of the laundry detergent and dryer sheets.. Customer service was excellent when I received a damaged package. I’ve been using strictly Frey for a few years now and I don’t see it changing anytime soon.

your products don’t last long. scent wears off after a few months. after 6 months it’s almost unnoticeable. not worth the money.

The products that I use from Frey are wonderful.
I use the body wash, shampoo and conditioner. In addition to that I have used the laundry detergent which works exceptionally well!
The different scents available for the products were just as described. I have tried them all. My favorite is Sandalwood! They aren’t overwhelming, but pleasant.and smell wonderful. I have had friends tell me that I smell good. That’s a compliment to me and Frey!

I am very pleased with the Frey brand products and enjoy using them daily, especially because they are good for me and environmentally sound.

I love Frey! I tried the laundry products and was thrilled when the body care lime was released! I have folks complimenting me all the time, asking what fragrance I have sprayed and they are amazed to find that it's just laundry detergent and body wash. 5 stars indeed!

I have not received my order despite the fact that I ordered in December . I’m glad that I received a note to review as it reminded me to call to inquire as to where my order is. I know it was as charged to my bank account but I still have not gotten it! Poor business/ accounting practice.
