Bough a set of Freya swimwear hardly use, only actual used for the last over two months and the color faded significantly. it was certainly not the standard, very poor quality. The retailer unable to process a replacement because out of guarantee, meaning this swimwear will only last up to 3 months after used. Will look for other brand
My god Freya have had my return bra a week and still no sign of a refund. They like to take the money but don’t like refunding it and hang on to your money. Quite disgraceful so if you think of purchasing from this firm beware if you have to return the item you will not get your money back for ages. I won’t ever shop with them again
Im size EU 75 I and with Freya i have found some of my best fitting bras with a nice round shape - Fatale (plunge) (on my second one) and Fatale (high Apex) (5 stars!)
BUT - Freya Signature (plunge) and Temptress (plunge) have a pointy cup - it makes no sense to me and it makes my breats looks bigger and yea - pointy under clothing, like 1960s bra fashion -not the silhuett i'd excpected.
I ordered these bra,s they took 2 days which is amazing ,the quality is lovely ,the size is 100% I will order more bras from Freya no faults wat so ever
I have a faulty item from them & the seller accepts no responsibility for it & told me to go to Freya, the manufacturer. & After telling them that, they're telling me: go to the stockist! No decency or customer care.

Firstly...we come in all shapes n sizes...finding your fit is most important..I find Freya true too my size...I can order a 36g bra with a 16 pant...and be confident I will not have to return...styles are feminine and pretty...I love freya lingerie and will be buying more soon...
I was excited to receive my bra set however when my order was delivered - I was short of one item. I contacted Freya to let them know of this, I appreciated their quick response letting me know that by the time they went to pick the item from the warehouse - it was already out of stock, they confirmed they emailed me (which they did) however these emails were in my junk so I was none the wiser - it's no ones fault for this, however I would have appreciated if the website was updated in real time to avoid disappointment. I spoke to customer service who were kind enough to give me a coupon code for my next online purchase.
Usually love Freya Bikinis however manufacturing this time is unacceptable.
