Purchased CorelDraw software and it fails to open or permit opening of current CDR files on my computer.
Despite the claims on their website of "Satisfaction Guarantee" and "Live Support", sadly after two emails I have not had any contact from the company. It seems that taking your money is a simple process but trying to then seek support is the complete opposite and they don't engage.
The software supplied by Frezlo was not genuine. They provided me a licence key for me to mess around altering the program installation. When I tried to update it via the software it said invalid licence. Someone rang me to support me but they wanted access to my computer. I didn’t allow this.
I was told I was buying a lifetime activation with coral draw, then when I installed it , it said I had bought a 2 week trial of this product, I contacted the support group and a gentleman phoned and said he had sorted it all out, he said I had purchased a lifetime activation , we can not get into the app or do anything with coral draw I have tried numerous emails and messages I have also tried to phone and the called failed. This is a scam avoided this company

As if you put their address 99 Rossington Road , Sneinton, Nottingham, NG2 4HX, United Kingdom into google maps it's nothing but crappy residential roads and 99 Rossington isn't a business but a house.
I think this company is a scam. I ordered some Uggs over two weeks ago. Had nothing. No response to my emails. When you phone there’s no reply or answering service. On Facebook they have no followers. If they’re not and they get in touch I will take the review down.
