Over the moon with my Hoya and Amydrium!! Both came in great condition and the pricing for both was spectacular! Couldn’t find a better deal anywhere. Thankyou, it was a pleasure shopping with you, I’m sure I’ll be back in no time. :)

I would give them 0 stars if I could considering how bad the quality of the plants is and how terrible the customer service.

I ordered from them the first time last year, most of the plants (around 8 of them) died within the first couple of weeks (2-3 weeks). I contacted them and said they can't do anything as the first 5 days have passed.
I wanted to give them a 2nd chance, and presume it was a bad batch or something so I ordered again this year. This time the plants (4 of them) died even faster. I contacted them within the first few days as advised last time and they dragged the process for so long that again they said they can't do anything anymore as the period has passed but that they will send me refund for one of the plants (considering i lost more than 10 plants from them, of course i wasnt happy). So I wanted to file a complaint. They've give me an email from one of the owners and I emailed them repeatedly since 9th Aug. Not even up to this day they haven't bothered replying. Not even the lady from the CS Lyndsey, completely ignoring. Terrible customer service and even worse quality of plants.

I did contact you the moment plants started to die. Which was within the first few days after receiving them. But you didn't bothered replying and ypu ignored my emails and dragged the process until the period has passed. I have plenty of proof in my inbox of me chasing you and you ignoring me. You refunding me less than 5 quid when I lost at least 10 plants does literally nothing.

I've ordered 4 times now and have found the staff friendly and extremely helpful. I've ordered baby plants and large plants and they have been carefully and securely wrapped. The plants have been delivered quickly, healthy and probably in better condition than if I popped to a garden centre and brought them home myself! Keep up the fabulous work Team Friends, from a very happy customer.

Always excellent, amazing customer service who will even give you tips on the best care for the plant, you can tell they really care about what they do. The plants are always packaged well and arrive in perfect condition within a reasonable timeframe. I've ordered many times and never had any issues.

Got sent a Philodendron which had pests on it, along with some "beaten up" plants. I was going to give a lower score, but Lyndsey dealt with my issue very polite and professionally, and, after reviewing photos of said Philodendron, refunded me fully on that plant.

Good, speedy delivery even if you pick the standard delivery option.

They're an absolute delight to communicate with, their customer service is so bubbly and friendly, the plants themselves are incredibly well priced, securely packaged and in incredible condition, I can't recommend them enough!

I isolate all of my new plants for two weeks in their original pots and these ones have never shown any early problem signs :)

I bought 7 or 8 plants from here for my birthday. All of them promptly died within a month or two apart from one which I managed to save after it lost some leaves.
Not very impressed to be honest! All of my other plants that I've bought for cheap have been absolutely fine, but from this website they just all died. Really sad and disappointed.

I bought several plants from here recently and i can honestly say they are the most beautiful plants I've ever owned i dont think id ever go back to supermarket plants again 😅... I love how neatly packaged they was, i even got some mini chocolates in my parcel!!! I think they are truly a wonderful business and i look forward to getting my plants from here in the future. I've fully embraced my plant addiction and have been ordering from Friends or Friends for a long time now to further my aspirations of living in a jungle in the middle of Scotland.

Friends or Friends is such a fantastic company; I can't stress how happy I am with the quality of plants I receive and how friendly the staff are. Every time I've reached out to them, they've been incredibly friendly (every email starts with "howdy"!) and accommodating.

The plants are gorgeous, the rotating stock means there's always something new that I can't resist splurging on, and in the off chance something does go wrong, they go the extra mile to accommodate.

Friends or Friends is one of my staples for plants, and every time a box arrives from them, it makes my day. If you're hesitationg on whether to buy from FoF, don't worry and just do it. You won't regret it.

Those little plants are always stunning and perfect

This was my third order in a couple of months from Friends or Friends, a bit disappointed with a few plants this time after the first two orders, the rest were lovely though.
My tradescantia pallida looks like it’s been in the wars and half of the plant has been taken out, four big holes in the compost where the other half should have been!? (Have pics)
There have also been a few deaths of previous plants from them that were given as gifts at Christmas, so as I’m feeling a bit guilty these are being replaced by me.
They are a good company and have some brilliant and beautiful plants at great prices but it has put me off a little and I probably won’t order through them again for a while.

Twice I’ve used this place, the first time I bought about 15 plants which all turned out wonderful. The second time, I bought a similar amount and about half had died or were very unhealthy within two weeks. A couple had unrooted from the soil which I can’t only imagine happened in transit. I did email them a couple of weeks after receiving but never heard back, which is a shame. I’m sure with a little advice we could have saved them. So because of that I don’t think I will purchase from here again.
