I was interested in purchasing a The Frighteners t-shirt from Fright-Rags, but the website blocked me from even viewing the item with a message stating that the item was VIP-only. In order to be eligible to purchase it, I would first need to spend $150 on other products.

I find this to be a disappointing and exclusionary business practice. Requiring customers to spend a significant amount of money just to access certain items feels unnecessarily restrictive and creates a sense of gatekeeping within the fan community. It comes across as implying that only those who spend enough are considered “real” fans.

While I understand loyalty programs, this particular implementation left a negative impression and ultimately discouraged me from making any purchase at all.

I bought an awesome looking shirt for my husband. He has worn/washed it maybe 3 or 4 times and the design is peeling off of the shirt. These shirts are not cheap. The shirt alone was $33 and shipping brought it to $40-$44. I expect a shirt that costs that much to hold up.

They deserve one star because they're customer service sucks. I've mentioned to them time and time again why don't you print more shirts that are size Large basketball tees and when it's a hot sailing item like the Evil Dead franchise for example. They always sale out and are left with nothing. So you damn well know that is a hot sailing item. Whoever is in charge needs to be fired. You don't know what you are doing. Those shirts sale and even a lot of the lesser films merch has to. I like the design but I work during the day and I can't always get to my phone to check what's new and it's always sold out. it's beyond ridiculous at this point it's either you let scammers buy those sizes up fast in bulk or you clearly don't know what sales in the shop. I'm done with them. And the request a reprint is a joke I've done that multiple times on different shirts and still nothing for well over a year. Like it's not hard to reprint a damn shirt. Avoid these people and maybe they will do an option of ordering a shirt. Until then I'm done with these people.

I've been buying from them for 16 years now and they never let me down. Loads of sales of T-shirts, as well as collector trading card sets and cups. They are the best at what they do and wipe the floor with the majority.

Great prices, fast delivery -- and a surprise sticker, horror film fact card, and Warhead candy! Basically, I literally never write reviews, but they did enough to make me want to let others know how great they are!

Been using Fright Rags for about 7 years and made over 20 orders with them from the UK. Always great quality shirts and service. Parcel always comes with a little extra in it. Still wearing the first shirt I ever bought from them! Will continue to use for the foreseeable future and recently completed my 21st order with them.
