Horrible company

We used Frisbo efulfilment for six months, and it was by far one of the worst business decisions we’ve made. The experience was consistently frustrating, unprofessional, and damaging to our operations. Their customer service is extremely poor. They give vague answers, and in many cases, no real understanding of their own systems.

Issues were rarely resolved properly, and when mistakes happened, accountability was almost nonexistent. Communication was chaotic, and simple requests turned into long, exhausting back-and-forth exchanges with no clear outcome. For a company that positions itself as a logistics partner, the lack of competence and reliability was shocking.

On top of the operational problems, the contract terms felt unclear and structured in a way that led to unexpected additional costs. Important details were not transparently communicated, and it often felt like we were locked into paying more than initially anticipated.

If you care about your business, your customers, and your peace of mind, we strongly recommend staying far away from this company. There are far better, more professional alternatives out there.

Not recommend

Frisbo is a company "providing" warehouse and fulfilment services using third party warehouses operated by local companies. This doesn't sound alarming until all companies are reliable with compatible systems and staff willing to do their job. My cooperation with Frisbo and their subcontractor lasted roughly about 7 months and it was the most expensive cooperation in the term of reputation of our company and relationships with our clients. During pre-agreement calls, they will promise you everything what you want to hear. The contract by itself was a little suspicious, as it was not formulated in a pro-client manner. However, it seemed we got there all conditions we needed, so we signed and drop off our articles to be inbounded in the warehouse. And chaos began ... 1.) as Frisbo was not priority for the local company, they were focused on their direct clients and it took one month to inbound our goods and start picking&packing our orders - this was accompanied by constant lies about the inbound status, technical problems, excuses and also entry ban for us to come to the warehouse and pickup goods for our clients waiting their orders.. 2. ) do not fall for price offer / contract, saying, that you will pay for the volume of the products ( counted from the measurements of products or it's selling packages) - already in the first invoice we had several accounting mistakes increasing the final price , including price for the volume 20x bigger that agreed in the contract ( counted from the volume, how the warehouse staff placed the goods) 3.) CODs - it was necessary to remind the financials every week to receive the CODs. When I did not do that and was expecting their action according to contract, I did not received money that week 4.) the features in the Frisbo app , which had been presented to us, did not work correctly even after 6 months 5.) warehouse was not able to inbound delivery till 48 hours, sometimes not even within a week. Even worse was the fact that when this was happening, or when there was some problem, customer service tend to ignore me and it took several days to receive an answer. 6.) when the goods were finally inbounded, they usually forgot to pick&pack some orders and when they did, many of them did not ended up at courier company and nobody knew why. So the client got a notification, that order has been sent, but sometimes it took more that one week till the package got on the right palette and been handled to the courier company ( after our personal intervention and direct call to the director of the warehouse). 7.) Acts in the previous point and inability of communication from customer service, resulted in loose of plenty of ours long-term clients, lots of canceled or returned orders. ... The last drop of patience was lost in July, when we decided to move to other Fulfilment provider. While moving and re-counting of our goods we found out, that almost 200 pcs of our articles was lost within the period of about 6 months. Frisbo agreed, that they will cover our loss, but since then they do not answer my e-mails and invoice is not paid at all... If you appreciate your company and your hard work, I do not recommend to put it into hands of Frisbo.

I cannot recommend Frisbo enough for…

I cannot recommend Frisbo enough for fast-growing online shops. Their ability to deploy in multiple countries across Europe is a game-changer. No more hassle with international logistics! They also excel at finding great pricings, helping me optimize costs and improve margins. The support provided by their team is outstanding, always available and ready to assist. With Frisbo, I've found the perfect partner to fuel my business's growth.

Overall an awesome company!

Frisbo is a great 3PL for our US-based company to serve our EU market. The thing I like most about them is their ability and willingness to tailor their services to our needs. As a small business, we have needs for packaging and repacking returns along with a number of other little things that pop up and I am always amazed by the service our account manager gives us. If there is ever an issue with anything or we just have a question, all we have to do is send her an email and we know she will get it taken care of.

The only thing I don't really like is the user interface on our portal. Its pretty clunky and there are features that tend to be more confusing to me than not. I'd love to see a complete overhaul of their interface to make navigating and managing things a little easier and more intuitive.
