I have noticed that the results and next day races, are not being posted in full. When you come home from work and want to see the horse racing results, they are not there, it is frustrating. The ante post betting lists, are not including a non runner no bet. It all adds up to a dip in standards.

The site promises free bets. The reality is these are cancelled after 7 days. I received an email informing me of my free bets just before Xmas when I was out of the country and could not bet with UK bookmakers. By the time I returned the free bets had been cancelled. I asked Betfred to reinstate them. I did not even get the courtesy of a reply.
