ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING Placed my order on…

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING Placed my order on 17th July and we are now 31st August and still order has been received. They didn’t let me know of any issues with stock it wasn’t until I emailed them that they mentioned this.

Have no idea when my order will turn up but please avoid ordering from these as customer service is shite

Sell things they don't have in stock

Same as every other bad review, all tue. The problem is with delivery, ordered on 4th August, advertised as 48 hour delivery (not received by 9th. Asked for an update and told would be dispatched that week, still nothing. Cancelled on the 16th.

Don't know why they advertise if they have not got anything on stock. I'm still getting emails offering 48 hour delivery. If you don't have stock then stop advertising for a few days until you get some inventory to sell!

Avoid

Purchased the product on 4th of july. Now the 12th of August and still not here so i have cancelled order. Was assured on 2 separate occassions that the product was due back in stock within days and would be shipped. Nothing! To top it all off, on the 5th of this month, i received an email saying -

Hey ***** — Guess what?

We're back in stock, and ready to ship orders in just 3 days.

Only 100 codes available for 24h.

This was a week before i cancelled and my order still hadnt been shipped. Looks like they are quite happy to take your money without actually giving you anything in return.

They don't send the products

Ordered the chocolate on 48 hour delivery
2 weeks later I chased it to be told that there was a delay due to product issues. Asked if I was happy to wait another 2 weeks as they would get it out to me by then.
2 weeks passed and I chased again
Got asked if I wanted to keep waiting or get a refund.

I asked for the refund and was told it could Take 5 days.

2 weeks pass and I chased the refund. They tell me it has been processed and done so it must be an issue my end.

Checked with my bank. They hadn't received anything so not an issue (and never had any issues with my bank for 20 years).

Had to do a chargeback, to which they fought and tried to say they had refunded, I was successful in the chargeback but would recommend people to stay away

Ordered on the 18th of March, it still hasn't arrived after 5 months..

Big let down….

Waited for 10 days for nothing….really disappointed, apparently problems with the cacao suppliers….for the money you ask , as a customer I expect more, the card book app is a big fail as well

Ordered over 35 days ago and order…

Ordered over 35 days ago and order still hasn’t arrived, every time I have contacted them by email they have said ‘we are still waiting for stock to arrive so we can process your order, u can have a refund of £5.99 and 25% off if you wait for your order and it will arrive within 7-10 days” so I did that and waited, and still nothing has arrived so I contacted them again and they said they are still waiting for stock to arrive, which means this is clearly a company where they have no products/stock left but are still taking orders not knowing when they will eventually get stock, if I was you I would stay away from this company, clearly A BIG SCAM AND WASTE OF TIME.

DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS. If I could give the brand 0 stars I would.
It is appalling that I was initially promised 48hrs until the product was meant to arrive. It has now been almost 2months since I did my order. I have emailed them and they keep telling me to wait 10days. This has gone on for too long and I have wasted my money on a business that scams their clients. Do not buy from frisk or the same will probably happen to you.

***AVOID*** They take your money and don’t provide any goods

Over a week gone by without the order even being dispatched and this is the 2nd time this has happened. Starting to think and believe that this company is a fraud and a scam. Second they have ruined my surprise with my partner. Better off using the company ForPlay as they actually deliver and they taste good too. I cannot comment on the taste of these as they never dispatch or deliver the orders. 48 hours tracked shipping implies it should be delivered within 48 hours (I accept can sometimes even take 3 days) but not even bothering to ship or keep customers updated on what’s happening is the worst. This company should be shut down as it is a scam and a fraudulent company.
