Cowboys

Ik heb een router bij deze cowboys besteld. Conform de beschrijving in de handleiding, heb ik de routernaam en het password gewijzigd. De router was daarna niet meer benaderbaar.
Ik heb geprobeerd de router terug te zetten naar de fabrieksinstellingen. Dit kon echter niet, omdat je daar speciale hardware voor nodig hebt.
Fritzwinkel bood aan de router terug te zetten naar de fabrieksinstellingen. Dit lukte hen echter ook niet. Daarop heeft Fritzwinkel de router naar AVM - Duitsland gestuurd. Omdat ik de router 4,5 maand (!) na aankoop nog steeds niet had terug ontvangen, heb ik Fritzwinkel gevraagd de koop te ontbinden. Fritzwinkel was daartoe bereid, maar wilde slechts 75% van de aankoopprijs vergoeden. Fritzwinkel schuift mij in de schoenen dat ik onjuiste handelingen verricht zou hebben. Maar ik heb alleen gedaan wat in de handleiding stond.
De werkwijze van Fritzwinkel is ronduit schandalig, zo niet misdadig. Geen aanrader om hier iets te kopen.
