Absolutely scamming people out of their hard earned money. Non responsive and false promises. Also is refusing to refund my money. The experience is the worst experience I’ve ever had. The business does not value customer services , nor do they care. For someone that sets up , red flag they ignore messages and also do not give you access to anything. Idk about anyone else but paying for a service and expecting the bare minimum of communication seems to be a hard ask. Not to mention ZERO! results. Highly regrettable decision and highly disappointed!!!!!!!

Paid $6,497 — No Walmart Store, False Denials, and Zero Accountability Since July 2025

I signed a contract with From Failure to Freedom and John Artzberger in July 2025 for a done‑for‑me Walmart store. I paid $4,997 per the agreement to John, plus an additional $1,500 directly to John for inventory. I have receipts for every payment. Despite paying in full, no Walmart store has ever been delivered, and the contract remains unfulfilled after all this time.

What has made this situation even worse is the ongoing pattern of denial and deflection. John placed all of us into a Slack group. Yet now, in response to negative reviews, he claims that some of these same people “were never in the group” or “were never his clients.” This is simply not true, and it raises serious concerns about honesty and integrity.

He also publicly claims that “JD” was never involved in his business. That is not accurate. JD was the person who marketed the Walmart opportunity, introduced me to John, and included John on the emails that started my onboarding. I have documentation proving JD’s involvement and John’s participation in those communications.

Between the breached contract, the undelivered service, and the false public statements, my experience has been extremely disappointing. After signing in July 2025 and waiting all this time with no results, I strongly advise others to be very cautious before doing business with this company or with John Artzberger.

Proof of being a consumer

Yes, John ARTZBERGER is writing back, that these consumers are not members of his Walmart e-commerce which we are all members on his Slack platform, if anyone needs prove I pictures and proof of conversations from John himself.

You’ve been warned

I had a very concerning experience involving John Artzberger in connection with a Walmart automation/ecommerce program.

I paid $4,997 to participate in this opportunity through a representative (JD), who stated that funds would be used for store setup, development, and management services. After payment, I was provided with proof from JD indicating that funds were sent to John Artzberger’s team.

However, when I reached out directly to John Artzberger, he denied receiving the full amount and stated that only $2,000 was received for store development, and nothing further. This directly contradicts the amount I paid and the documentation I was given.

As of now, I have not received the services that were promised, nor have I received a refund. There has also been no clear accounting of where the full $4,997 was directed.

Because of these conflicting statements and lack of resolution, I am now pursuing this matter through formal channels.

I strongly encourage anyone considering this type of program to do thorough due diligence, request detailed documentation of how funds are handled, and ensure there is a clear, written agreement outlining responsibilities and refund policies before making any payments.

This person paid a person pretending to be part of my business. This review has no merit and this person was not by anyway part of our business.

I wanted to provide an update to my previous review. While there were significant communication issues and delays initially—including a period where my requests were declined and communication was cut off—the matter has now been fully resolved.

I have received the full amount owed to me. I do appreciate that, in the end, the company followed through and made things right.

That said, the process to get to this resolution was not smooth, and I believe communication and responsiveness could be greatly improved.

I’m sharing this update for transparency so others have the full picture.

SCAMMED BY JOHN ARTZBERGER

This company which is owned by John Artzberger has not rendered services after we entered into a partnership which cost me $4997. I then paid an additional $3000 directly to John Artzberger supposedly for inventory. The other person named JD savage and John have been doing business for years. If, he and John had a business dispute, that should have no bearing on me. I did Zelle John Artzberger $3000 for supposed inventory. No services were ever been rendered. If JD Savage wasn't authorized to represent FF2F then my contract was illegal and not valid. Therefore, I have no agreement with FF2F. No contract means no agreement, John decided to just keep my $3000. To date no services have been rendered. I would never enter an agreement with this company again. BEWARE

Beware of this Walmart E commerce done for you

I paid this company a total of $8000 for the set up of an online e-commerce store, including Walmart store setup and product inventory. Of that amount $5,000 was paid via American Express and $3,000 was sent directly to John Artzberger via Zelle for product. After more than 2 months of effort and communication, my store was never established. My Walmart store application was rejected even after appeals, so no store delivered despite repeated assurances and delays from the company. Since that time, the company has failed to provide the agreed-upon services and refusing to issue a refund. I have had multiple promises of a call from John Artzenberger. He has not called as promised and communication has gone dead. They also shut off comments on Slack forum seeing other clients were asking for refund as well… and deleted them. There is no store, no delivered service, and no justification for retaining my funds. I have written request for refund via Email, Slack, text, and call.

This was refunded to Pamela after she cut ties with our company due to a problem with a 3rd party authorizing her account. This was completely out of our hands and was written into the contract which she illegally broke.
