Cast iron pan handle broken off after a few months - let’s see what customer service is like….got an automated refund after sending pack via pre paid drop off service but no explanation for quality / design issue. No email other than automated. Won’t be purchasing any other pans from them.
Order #OPGB45472 handle broke when lifting after washing up. Sent photo. Have purchased crockery and all been good. Other lighter pan is ok so far but have asked for refund.

Really beautiful pans but
Really beautiful pans. But beware the new oven pans do not fit standard uk ovens or even an Aga. Shame because they are beautiful. They also can’t be used Stove top on conduction hobs. The One Pot can be but not the oven pan.
