Inaccurate description
The description showed that the snuggle me lounger was in great condition but when it arrived there were stains and hair all over it. I put my a lot of effort and stain remover trying to revive it but it still just looks gross and very used.

Tough start, great finish
I was disappointed at first because the item came broken. Also it was described at new and unused, which was not true. It had food crumbs in the folds of the carseat fabric.
On a positive note, it was very easy to get a replacement car seat. No hassle at all.
I would likely purchase again from Rebel due to the quick and satisfying resolution.

Initial order was missing parts. Rebel promptly returned my money as a credit with an additional 10% so I could make another purchase that contained the complete order.

Absolutely amazing!! I ordered a simple Human dish rack and i got it for about $50 shipped and they retail for close to $100 brand new. This was open box but obviously never used or opened up! Fast shipping! I dont know how rebel does it, but holy toledo they're Fantastic! Highly Highly recommend!

Different Product Delivered, Dishonest and Misleading
The stroller inside the box was a completely different stroller than what we bought on the REBEL website. It was the same brand, but a different model entirely. Due to when we were able to receive it, we also missed the return window. We were very upset and will not be purchasing anything from REBEL again due to this.

I thought I paid extra to have the option of returning my item (within 7 days); but according to Rebel I did not. I’m disappointed that I can’t return the item but I appreciate Rebel’s prompt responses to all my emails and questions.
