From my first point of contact with Frontier Heating Services they have provided me with an exceptional standard of professional communication, organisational skills, support and resolution to my heating dilemma.
I wish to thank Amy and latterly Cherly for their impeccable front line services in representing the company and in projecting a supportive and valuing culture in regard to customer care.
Also, Connor and Mathew ,the Gas Engineers who unrelentingly problem solved my boiler issues to a satisfactory conclusion.

Frontier attend to my boiler through my insurance company. They do all the servicing and I’ve needed a few repairs. Really easy to deal with and they can always get someone out quickly when needed. All the engineers have been great and the staff handling the calls. No complaints at all. I would definitely still use them even if I stopped with my insurance cover.

Very prompt response to boiler breakdown. Travelled from Sheffield to Doncaster. Correctly identified the problem, secured the required part and fitted the next day. Boiler working perfectly again. My heating failed on 05/02/2025 after very poor service from Ideal and a 6 day wait contacted Domestic and general who sent a engineer from Frontier plumbing and heating , who attended the the next day and returned the same day with parts excellent service from engineer and Cheryl

Had a terrible experience with Frontier Plumbing and Heating. They claimed a part was obsolete when it wasn’t and told me I needed a new one. Thankfully, I got a second opinion—turns out the expansion vessel just needed recharging, not replacing. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they were trying to upsell me unnecessarily. Either way, I wouldn’t trust them again. Avoid.

I never normally bother submitting reviews for companies but in the case of Frontier Plumbing & Heating I feel I must.
My wife and I have a large central heating system which includes twenty plus radiators with zoning valves and assorted controls. One Thursday evening this system stopped and would not restart so I called Frontier and was answered by Cheryl the Office Manager who took control of the situation and dispatched an engineer Dave to us the following day who found several faults and ordered replacement controls, which were then fitted by Michael.
We found all the staff we dealt with at Frontier friendly, obliging and efficient and cannot recommend them enough. Thank you

The engineer came to do my annual service. Checked everything as usual, answered few of my queries and also fixed my radiator upstairs.
Recommended.
"Fantastic company"
My boiler went down and after a run of bad engineers scratching there heads and billing me for nothing, telling me I need a new boiler a friend said I should call Frontier. The engineer "Mick" came and within a minute gave me a price, had the part on his van and 30 minutes later it was up and running. These guys are the Nuts and he didn't even flinch.
