Can’t thank enough Shane and Frontier Forwarding to manage the transportation of my household goods and my car from U.K. to Argentina. I contacted several dozen (yep, not a typo) companies and no one wanted to deal with the bureaucratic hell for which Argentina was known for, only Shane and his team knew that the regulations changed dramatically and immediately proceeded with my request.

Frontier was also the only company which offered me the freedom to pack my goods by myself (which is very important for me) and deliver them myself to their warehouse upon my own request. At their warehouse my boxes and clunky items as my TVs were perfectly wrapped and taken care of, much better than I’d expect although I moved many times before.

Shanes and his teams responsiveness is outstanding; at any point of the process I have been kept updated and any request of mine has been answered within minutes, absolutely crazy experience, felt like the whole company only serves my relocation.

Any concerns from my side have been patiently taken away by Shane, any detail of the process I wanted to know was explained to me without making me feel dumb. A stunning experience which took away the stress and hassle in moving from one part of the world to another.

I wrote a review for Frontier Forwarding some 6 weeks ago, praising the level of their services. I have NEVER been minded to write another review for any company after so little time, but the unbelievably good service they have just given me makes it impossible not to.
The situation; We had an urgent pallet sent from an Indian supplier, containing rush spare parts. The airline had shipped last Wednesday on a priority service, into Heathrow Thursday. Then it stuck, and stuck, due apparently to airline IT issues. It was still stuck on Friday afternoon. Frontier worked the weekend in conjunction with the airline and Monday 08:30 the pallet was delivered to us. AND they asked no extra money for all the weekend work, Sunday night collection of the Pallet from the airline... What more is there to say - oh yes, one thing - Lisa, you are a complete star.

We are new to using shipping companies and to say we struck Gold with Frontier Forwarding Services, throughout this whole process we were lucky enough to have Shane Binstead assisting us with our shipping requirements.

It has to be said myself and my Director are so impressed with Shane and the the impeccable service we received from him we would highly recommend him, he is so on point it is rare to find someone so nice and so professional to deal with all rolled into one, he bent over backwards to help us with this process and we are very grateful.

Thank you Shane, the next shipment we all know will be a breeze after this! :)
