By far the worst company I’ve ever experienced when it comes to customer service. Have had 6+ tickets prematurely closed on a fault meter read. Should have been investigated and closed but nope, radio silence. Likely will lose my entire deposit because of these horrible people. Avoid like the plague
These “people” charge over 3 times what electric Ireland do and price fix what you will pay into the future, without any explanation of how the price fix is calculated.
For example, I received a gas bill (gas only) of 280 for 2 months in an apartment in Shieling Square, Raheny. This is an absolute farce. Some residents in my building who are from abroad and not used to the cold were charged 500 for 2 months. It’s absolutely criminal.
In my opinion, I would definitely not choose this vendor as my gas provider. Blatantly better options out there that charge 3 times less what this company does.
I can only imagine what the upcoming bill be like. 600eur or so I suspect. War profiteers!!!
