Horrible Service after sale
Horrible Service after sale. Purchased nearly $10K of liqour with them. Bought product insurance on every item. Received a broken bottle of high-end Blantons with a broken seal. Sent picture after picture after picture of the damages. Then the games really began with them offering discounts and all kinds of noise, but NEVER offered to replace the product or refund the money...even with picture of the Bounbon leaked over the packing. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!

Poor Return Policy
I ordered a specific bottle and was sent the wrong item. I contacted Frootbat immediately to resolve the mistake.
Rather than providing a straightforward solution, they stalled until the card dispute window closed. Once it closed, they refused any resolution and claimed the matter was “finalized,” despite the fact that I never received what I paid for.
I still have the incorrect bottle. The issue was never about returns or buyer’s remorse — it was a clear case of incorrect merchandise delivered.
Their customer support response afterward was dismissive and blamed me for “lack of cooperation,” which is simply untrue.
This company appears more interested in hiding behind dispute timelines than fixing their own fulfillment errors. Buyer beware — if something goes wrong, you may be stuck.
