Grootste miskoop, slechte communicatie
Eind augustus heb ik een review achtergelaten op Froothie International (zie hieronder) maar tot op heden geen reactie van Froothie.
Het komt er op neer dat ze weigeren om een defect apparaat binnen de garantieperiode te repareren of vervangen. De communicatie is moeizaam geweest, en sinds augustus helemaal gestopt.
Wees ervan bewust dat als je een Froothie apparaat aanschaft, je geen aanspraak kunt maken op garantie en ben je je geld kwijt.

Less than 2 years after purchase, my Optimum blender suddenly stopped working. After getting in touch with the dealer in the Netherlands, we received an extensive list of questions about the way we use the blender. We have been mailing back and forth for more than 2 months now.
Since they couldn’t see anything wrong on the pictures, the dealer wanted us to send the blender for examination at our own expense but warned us they are a few weeks behind with repair services. At the same time they offered us an ‘upgrade’: a new blender for € 69 which they could send right away.
From reading other reviews, this seems like a common practice.
Within the guarantee period of 2 years the company is obliged to replace/repair a faulty appliance.
On their website Froothie even advertises with 5 years’ guarantee for private use!
On August 31rd the 2 years guarantee will be expired. It looks like the company is stalling time until that date.
It puzzles me how there are so many positive reactions when the after sales services are so poor!
Although we were very pleased with the blender performance, it is a waste of money if the blender shuts down within 2 years and the company is refusing to take any responsibility for its defective products.
I have different kitchen appliances from the same price range (Kitchen aid mixer and Magimix food processor) for more than 15 years and never had any problems. Even cheaper appliances last at least 10 years.
I recommend to prospective buyers to pay more money and buy a better blender which will last a few years.

I am in love
I am in love. The Optimum 9200A 2nd Gen is a fantastic beast of a blender. It blends unsoaked cashews+water to a cream smoother than my previous 1200 Watts blender did with soaked cashews. And in mere seconds, where my other blender needed quite a bit of time.
Also, I can now add kale stems to my smoothies, instead of just the leaves, and my smoothies come out silkier than I've ever seen.
Customer service is outstanding. Quick, kind and very helpful.

Had this blender for not even 4 years…
Had this blender for not even 4 years and the jug has cracked twice and the blade broke for the 3rd time this morning. Customer service is hell to deal with each time, accusing you of using incorrectly, and trying to get customer to pay for parts that are not even a year old and still broken! I am truly fed up and cannot believe the terrible quality of this product. Highly do not recommend this company.

We, at Optimum and Froothie, are genuinely sorry for the issues you've experienced with your blender in such a short period.
Quality Customer Service is paramount, our entire business is built on the slogan “Quality you can trust”, and therefore even isolated cases are taken very seriously by Froothie and Optimum.
Looking at your case, we see that you purchased a jug back in 2020. As the warranty is not renewed nor prolonged when purchasing replacement parts, we were not able to cover the blades under warranty when reporting issues in 2022.
Furthermore, we can also read in the conversation you had with our customer representative that parts have been mixed and matched from a previous jug. We only recommend this when being informed about it so we approve the parts being correct for continued use. Without being informed about it, we lost track of the blender and faulty parts might have been used which caused damage.
All in all, we are sincerely sorry again for the inconvenience you have been facing while your case was being resolved. However, we also appreciate your feedback as only then we are able to improve as a team and as a business.

This juicer is great for making delicious juices. I like to make ginger juices with extra fruit and vegetables and this device works great. Small, relatively easy to clean and convenient to use.

I've got the Optimum 9200A for a while now. I'm using it a lot and it still works without any problems. Of all the high speed blenders I've had this one is my favorite for sure.
Simple to use & easy to clean too. And the delivery was fast too! I would definitely recommend this brand to my colleagues, friends & family!

We have ordered Optimum 9400x. It is amazing strong blender. Nuts, ginger or carrots are mixed within 50sec into really smooth blend. No grit.

The amazing Evolve 400 juicer!
So happy that the Evolve 400 juicer joined our family! It seriously is the best slowjuicer I've ever owned! It's super easy to use, doen't take up a lot of space ánd it's so easy to clean! We make juices almost every week now and I became very creative in reusing the pulp from some vegetables to minimize the waste. I really recommend the Evolve 400 juicer to everyone who wants to hear about it. :)

The extractor is wonderful
The extractor is wonderful, the slowest speed I've ever tried! Incredible indeed, with 33 rpm you can maintain all the properties of the extracted food. Very easy to clean, I really recommend to everyone the new Froothie extractor! 400 evolves
