Now renamed to Copack Tielkuhlkost Gmbh ???- I bought the Gutbio - chinenisiche art frozen vegetables from Lidl. The picture suggested there were green leafy vegetables inside the mixed veg pack. On opening it, there was little to no green leafy vegetables which looked like Kale but are actually cabbage inside the pack. I sent an email to them -
gutbio - querying the packaging and they suggested that the veg would look like the picture on the packaging when cooked. I challenged them again stating the vegetable cannot suddenly appear after cooking if it was there in the 1st place. I said I would not purchase the product again. They then offered me a EUR 5 refund if I purchased the product again up to the tune of EUR 5 and this did not include them admitting liability. Naturally, I will be declining the offer. Firms cannot mislead customers and get away with it. More of us customers must enforce our rights to better packaging and labelling.
